If we do not study Tinubu as a research course before he dies, then we will regret it when he is no more. It is not a matter of if he is a good man or a bad man, the research is how is he able to spread his influence to every area of life.


If you watch Asari Dokuboh interview, he said when Obasanjo put him in prison, Tinubu went to take his family from Rivers, put them in a good house and sent his children to the best schools in Lagos. Why did Tinubu do that as far back at early 2000s?

This is actually my serious concern. How I wish I'm a political scientist, I won't miss getting some documentation of his political ideologies and his foresight.
I just hope we don't miss it. I don't like his governance at the presidency but, people like him are rare.
We just need to have some academic materials about him. It will be a book on greatness.

Before 2023 election, Senate presidency was an homeless orphan and came knocking on this man door, he opened thinking he will let it in only for him to kick it away with a stick. Fortunately, someone recognized it for what it is and housed it, now this man is looking for it now.

OBJ hatred for Tinubu is perennial and legendary. He envied the popularity and followership of Tinubu in SW politics and how he commands respect more than him in their region. But, Tinubu earned it while he blew the opportunity. His bargaining power has been being a former president, now that Tinubu is president, it has whittled down some of his influence, so OBJ will prefer to work with anyone to bring Tinubu down, but, what he failed to grasp is that, he's a soldier and Tinubu is a politician as Tinubu can't beat him in anything security and military so he can't beat Tinubu in politics. It's all a battle of wits and not for the good of Nigeria and better life for an average Nigerian.

You are very correct, the reason he's having increased political followership. Even those that are in opposition today, he didn't send them away, they chose their path after being satisfied from him.

I don't see anything damaging in what Peter Obi said to warrant censorship. It's his point of view which he's entitled to. Even though I don't see any hard thing in being in opposition currently, OBJ was horrible during his tenure to opposition state government and those he perceived as enemies.
I'm not holding brief for the current government but we need not make a mountain out of a mole hill.

To be logical though not a fan of any, I will still prefer Arsenal semifinal outing to conference league champion for the following reasons.
1. They made more money than Chelsea. It takes good money to buy and maintain good players.
2. It is class. How many top class player will want to come to Chelsea if the only trophy they can hope to win is conference league?
3. Even the handlers of Chelsea know better, the reason they tried all their best to qualify for champion league next season
4. The conference league may be a trophy for the players of today, but it's a permanent reminder of how the club has fallen in recent times to the club's legends.

I don't really know the substance of the case but it's obvious to the blind from day one that Okpebholo will win the case. Judiciary had not rock the boat of the executive since Tinubu entered. Hence, the issue is get INEC to declare you and the judiciary will do the rest. It's not about APC, it's about 2023 format.

The book 'The Incorruptible Judge' opened my eyes to judiciary and behold it's not limited to Nigeria, even in the so-called saner climes it's there only not as much as our own.

Nigeria politics can easily be plot on graph and slope calculated except you are either a politician or just being emotional. Traditional marriage is highly important but without a court signed document, you are single by national law!

If you have no plans to leave the nation as a couple or contest marital issues in court, then you can choose not to bother with a registry... But, it's just common sense to actually visit a registry after you have concluded traditional marriage rites.

Ask the people involved, they are likely to tell you that they took shortcut, hence the outcome.

Because there are different types of cohabitation.

But definitely a couple who have cohabited and had children have definitely elevated themselves above the cohabitation level by virtue of natural law.

For the marriage just like contract, commences with the couple themselves. So, if the private conducts and transactions people enter are upheld and recognised, it is wrong for anybody to say that a certain level of cohabitation which is serious to the point of imputing marriage would not be recognised.

Such ideas and pronouncements are very very wrong.

For as I have stated before marriage begins with the couples themselves hence why all marriages today are borne out of the natural law marriage where som couples were married by cohabitation eg orphans, run aways, travellers, migrants etc


So it depends on the type of cohabitation.

Nigeria law doesn't recognize co-habitation of whatever definition it's given.
If she's worthy of giving you children, then, she's worthy of bride price no matter how small. And as you said, of the partner is a refugee, runaway or orphan, that's why there's court marriage.

I think the opposition is rudderless. Their argument is that they want to send Tinubu back to Lagos. They have zero ideas for national development. They can't answer questions on addressing pervasive insecurity, banditry and unemployment. When the likes of Saraki attended a meeting to talk about insecurity in the north, some of those shouting coalition were nowhere to be found.

They want power, but have no clue how to solve problems. They don't even have the capacity to solve the problems within their own parties or get the coalition off the ground.

I've been saying it that even the so called opposition and coalition know that they can't stop him from winning the second term. They are just trying to whip up emotional sentiment to make his term ungovernable when they will be shouting nonexistent rigging and electoral fraud.
Every logical person knows as it stands now that all the personalities in the coalition are either spent or lightweight politicians that are aggrieved and just want to draw Tinubu attention to them, also, they have not told us what they are going to do differently and how they are going to pragmatically solve just one of the myriad of problem confronting this nation.

As I always say I'm watching. Only I won't want anybody to disturb our ear of electoral malpractice when they are ticking every wrong indices now.

Honestly, his political sagacity is topnotch and next to none in Nigeria of today but how I wish he match it up even if it's 50% of this on governance! He would have been the delight of everyone.

Give it to him, no politician in Nigeria Tinubu is not in touch with. They know where they meet and what they discuss. The greatness of this nation is not in the hand of any politician but in the hand of the misgoverned masses when we are ready.
Except there is a great shift in our electoral law before 2027, Tinubu is a winner already, even all those opposition and coalition know this as true but pride will not let them own up to allow the masses make a real demand because they know their own sins also will be required from them.
