All those who try to spin the narrative will fail. The electoral act, INEC guidelines whatever said Transmission of results directly from Polling units. Now you claim transmission can be electronic or manually. Now, I ask, did the electoral act or INEC guidelines say that collation offices should change, doctor, alter and manipulate results from Polling units in favor of their paymasters before uploading same to the CSREVs? Or iREV whichever makes sense to you? How would you explain 270 votes for a party in a Polling unit "miraculous changed to 2700? Or 27 depending on the bias of the corrupt collation officers? How do you explain Nasarawa state results in ETI-OSA IREV election portal? How do you explain snatching and burning or several ballot papers? How do you explain Wike of Rivers state carrying all adoc officers to government House with all the ballot boxes? How do you explain "no network" on BVAS until elections were over. Sabotage. 2. Promotion for civil servant

3. No payment for gratuity

4. No bursery payment

5. No scholarship

With all these how can a sensible Rivers man or woman vote for any candidate presented by Wike?

I see a protest vote against the governor.
