I'm not trying to be insensitive but this guy was admitted since august 20,probably in ICU.He was getting oxygen and all that. how in God's name will the health supplies be replaced when LUTH wasn't paid? how will the next set of folks that need urgent attention be attended to when someone used it all without paying a dime? who will pay the bills, the doctor or nurses that have their families too? should they die of hunger too? Nigerians are the most unreasonable people on earth. you just robbed the hospital of 800k. I hope the head of those poor health workers whose salaries will be deducted let the dead rest in peace.if they enforce pay before service these same set of people will scream blue murder.

There are countries in this very world where healthcare comes at 0 cost. Little island,SRI LANKA is one of such countries. F'd Up Fact for you all: most of these countries don't have OYEL! Though health care is expensive I believe government hasn't fund the sector enough for citizens to enjoy good subsidy not to talk of free health. Looking at it in another way most countries has been able to cancel out of pocket payment for health care through a good,sincerely genuine and effective Health insurance scheme which a wide coverage. All these are not on ground yet in Nigeria, so if u receive health care services u must pay(even our existing health insurance scheme doesn't cover much).
Let those who love the guy help the family to raise money

Because the treatment was not successful doesn't me it won't be paid for. I think they have been good enough to render such services without upfront payment. What we should. Be talking about is if your school will be responsible for the bills or Government will wave it

1.Kenya has less than 15 million people. NIgeria has more than 200million people. Evidence gathering re voter lists, etc can take time.

2.Before the election, the guy who was in charge of a vital department in the Kenya Election commission (IT dept) was found dead....brutally murdered. SO....there is some suspicion about that.

This can't explain why our Judiciary processes have to take forever

IN the Nigerian situation, that problem can be solved by holding the presidential election at least 6 months before inauguration day....which would give adequate time for all litigation to be sorted out, and enough time for evidence to be collected.

Fact is, most legal challenges to the presidential election in Nigeria suffer from time constraints. One has less than 6 weeks to present a case...which isn't enough time.

How did they present their own cases and got judgement within the stipulated time. Are they better than us
