So a friend of mine wants to ship some items from Germany to Nigeria. A phone and a tablet are part of the shipment contents.

However it was returned by the shipping company (DHL) with the devices singled out saying it contained "hazardous goods" subject to international freight regulations.

Please I'd love to ask how can one circumvent this issue? Guys that ship these devices from the EU countries to Nigeria, how do you do it?

Please I'd appreciate responses.

And precisely 3months and 1 week after order, I Finally took delivery of my item. Was called to pick up yesterday from my local PO.
