i finally found a tcp/ip resetter for u....thanks to microsoft..just download the file and run ip...
then pls state the antivirus u are using incase a virtual adapter has been installed on ur system...i know vey well that some programs like kaspersky internet security,virtual box etc can make a system unstable if not configured well

the bumpy journey cant be the cause of ur ip problems...if the network card is bad or broken then it would report "no network card installed"..
using multiple connections..wifi,lan cable,usb can have some kind of negative effect on ur adapter...atimes,wen i connect my iphone via cable to my laptop,it automatically turns on my ethernet with my hotspot simultaneously..i would then disconnect one for the other..
be stable on a connection then troubleshoot

it sounds like a simple problem...but u forgot to mention the router or modem u are using.....
if the dhcp is not distributing ips dynamically(static)..then ur system would refuse to get a valid ip..
the problem is not coming from your laptop but from router/modem..
or are you on a private or dedicated server
also,are u using a vpn or concealer?eg hotspot shield,anonymizer,hide myass...etc?

WARNING!pls use the software "key mapper" only for educational and reconstructive purposes only.we are all adults here so there is no need telling u "pls don't try this at home".just don't go to people's systems and start freaking them out.
Also,don't remap ur enter key,when ur system reboots and u av a password,u may not be able to press enter to login..if u do,just remember,only JESUS SAVES!(lol)

Wen next u get to the advanced settings,click on it and find restore this opening a new window "restore to an earlier date".look for a restore point date earlier to the time u started having this problem ie if u started experiencing the problem on Thursday,restore to Tuesday to be on the safe side..

my keyboard sudden changed. I noticed that since yesterday, whenever I hit on the '@' key, it gives me {"}. And whenever i hit on {"}, it gives me "@", this wasnt the issue untill yesterday, please what ca i do to revert this? Thanks.

i discussed this issue last week.in fact,it was the reason i was banned for posting a link..
the problem you are having is called "keyboard remap"..it may be caused by a few factors.u may not remember clicking onto a link from a website that would actually deploy a simple script into ur registry..
its an old trick i used to try on friends....
bugzygee already sent u a reply...but i would send u the main program used to remap your keyboard(not to worry,its not a virus)...there are plenty of them.even microsoft have their own version.what hackers use is a script or registry file that contains only certain keys to reprogram-im not sending u that either.
just for ur learning delight u can use the program to re-program any key on ur keyboard..have fun till u program ur enter key to press "SPOIL" grin

Ur sound driver is not installed or compactible.dont be fooled when u do a clean install and windows 7makes it look like all the drivers have been installed..
Get the laptop model and hit the manufacturers website to download the compactible driver or use a driver cd.
Always learn to post the model of ur laptop or do screenshot of the device driver page so pple here can help post the link or assess the problem better

how?
a power adapter is designed to work with a certain model of laptop..ie the power ratings are different(18.5v,19v,20v) wit its corresponding Ampere(a)..dell laptop like mine that requires 18.5v,3.5a must use an adapter with that exact charger..
PROBLEM:most of these chargers look similar in shape and the connecting plugs are even the same and most times the voltages are same but the ampere which is the most important factor is overlooked..
a simple illustration is 3men(arnold schwarzenger,tinubu,aki) of the same age 18.5yrs but each man possesses different body mass(ampere) respectively:
arnold-18.5yrs,330kg
tinubu-18.5yrs,60kg
aki-18.5yrs,30kg
all are required to perform the same task needin just 60kg to perform normally..arnold wld sure over-perform(thats the reason for ur laptop prob)
tinubu would surely perform normally;
while aki would "under perform" and in most cases not even perform..
so a laptop needing 18.5v,3.5a would need exactly just that...an 18.5v,4.5a charger would work but at a high tempo thereby visibly affecting most input devices(u would have read some people complain the mouse pointer would be moving erractically;not as if thats the only reason why it does though)but when u put it on ur thighs(laps),it tends to be normal..input devices use a +-5v...
another example is sighted with a blackberry bold5 "selecting"charger and wont accept some techno chargers (5v,750mmA)vs(5v,1.0mA)
SOLUTION:check under ur laptop for the right power ratings needed to purchase ur charger if u have misplaced or damged the "follow come"
2.check carefully for the Ampere(a) as some systems aint that tolerant...
3..stop interchanging chargers of 2 different makes...use a dell charger for a hp laptop..JUST BECAUSE IT WORKS,DOESNT MEAN ITS RIGHT!
interstingly,even some same makes dont tolerate each other..ie some hp laptops dont even accept other hp chargers..

The charger is the major problem. The system is possibly not earthed when you plug in the charger. Try this if you can see any difference.

1) Put the laptop on your laps and plug in the charger.

2) Plug in your USB control pad and try to see if there is any changes.

3) Try a new charger that is recommended for your system make.

If you are still having the same problem it is time to see your tech to check for any wrong contact(power jack, power integrated circuit,etc) and fix them.

one of the key on ur keyboard is probably pressed down(hard to tell which one it is)but from the right click situation,it looks more like control or shift key..
1ST AID:u can hit the surface of the keyboard mildly by turning ur laptop upside or use a heatgun(hand dryer) to blow the keyboard-WARNING!do this at ur own risk and i shall not be liable for anything
better yet.,meet a hardware technician

let me make it really easy for u...goto systemrequirementslab(dot)com..(u can test ur system for any game requirement)
put the name of the game in Search for a game;
-click on "can u run it"
-a windows would pop up.click on automatic detection or download the app to ur system to give u d details of your system
-wen done,run the test and it would tell u which of your hardware failed the requirement test needed for the game

I have tried to "crack" the PES 2015 I bought, but no show....I have winrar it & extract but it has refused to play.

When I click on "crack" to play, it tells me that "sdkencryptedappticket.dll" is missing although I have downloaded the the stuff & set-up & run it, still it tells me "sdkencrytpedappticket.dll" is missing.

I use a Toshiba dual core that has 500GB storage...gurus, abeg wetyn be the problem or can I meet any of u guys personally to see issue

to save u the stress,look thru the chart,u belong to the the minimal requirement(core duo)....check the rest,it u fail atleast 1 then your system wont be able to play the game..i upgraded my own system to 64bit cuz of fifa 15 ultimate team edition...yet i cant still play it cuz of my graphics card

The system runs on window xp I intend to to upgrade to window 7 before this issue occur.

Assuming the hard disk has gone bad, and I still intend to use a dvd(window 7 software) to boot the system would it work or it has to be window xp, or due to the damage on the hard disk it won't work at all?? Thanks once more.

i would still advice u meet a hardware tech to check the connection for u..the bios contains a feature called "autodetect" so if it cant detect anytin just after a voltage surge,is rather strange...before u start wasting money on a new hard drive,confirm that the ide cable is not broken or bad as ur hdd may still be good...
as for the windows 7 cd,if u stay in lagos...u can get it really cheap in computer village..just ask for windows 7 ultimate pre-activated(so u dont go thru any activation wahala)
your boot sequence is already in the right oder(hdd--->dvd rom)..just insert the dvd and follow the on-screen instructions

funny dude...i almost fell for ur qualifications...learning hardware needs supervision and thorough training...static electricity from ur hand alone is enough to spoil ur motherboard..i wld advice u let the pros attend to this kinda issue while u learn,watch and ask questions..as much as google seems to answer most questions,so it can land u into serious trouble if u type it the wrong keywords to search..i had 1yr of hardware training then but it was never my major...so i limit myself to just removing ram,harddisk and some other small features cuz i feel its too late to catchup..moreso, before u openup a system,my software work is already done..
i admire ur quest to know but not like this...take time to define the path u wan follow(software and hardware) and wen u do,u can always work hand in hand with each other...call adetwin...i already told him about your problem on phone this morning..im sure he would be glad to assist..

This occur as a result of light fluctuation. Can't seem

Pix below. Thanks for what you are doing.

Taking a zoomed look at the pix u provided,here is the summary:
1.there is no hard disk present as shown in master/slave drive-NONE
2.the alternative boot sequence is DVD
3.even a bootable cd is not present in the DVD drive
Solution:if there is still a hard drive in the system,only 2tins are possible to have happened;
-the hard drive is spoilt
-the IDE cable is either removed from the back of the hard drive or from the board
If u are capable of checking the IDE connector urself(the cable at the back of the hard disk)simply check to see its well connected at the back of the harddisk and the other end on the board else let a hardware tech check for u.
2..u might need to replace it

1..Where is he getting the ISO from to do the clean install?[i][/i]..as he asked
it may be corrupt or so
2.there are certain terms and conditions required to make a clean format..eg a compatibility test
3..your system must meet the requirements needed
4..a certain hardware may not be compatible or has failed...eg...if the health of ur hard disk is failing ie having bad sectors,u may have done the install properly but the bad sectors have hindered the startup..
5..state ur laptop model,ram size needed in advising u if ur laptop is even fit for the update..

bugzygee..no mind us..nothing really serious...we are all here to learn and in turn provide the best possible solution to the public..every method,advise or solution provided by any of us can and should,at anytime be open to debate or criticism..atimes,people here advice formatting as the best solution-which i disagree to(it shd be the last option when all other methods have failed)...
also,i dont see any reason why people should take a high bridge when a better shortcut has been provided especially when he aint aware of it..
so is it wrong to inform of such shortcut?
i like to explore options and even welcome more of it,if u can introduce them to me...
the situation mostly dictates the best method to use but from my experience,customers like to see "magic"..eg in some cases,if a customers system is infected,and the "format" engineer wipes/install the system in just 45mins over someone like me who wld want to diagnose the problem properly and scan the system for over an hr...then start repairing it afterwards...the format-engineer looks the hero in such situation..
but in a situation where the customer has important files and cant afford a "format",i wld instantly be the hero(cuz he wont lose his files,applications)even if i take 2days..
our job here is to provide not too vast options...cuz in the end,the customer/client decides which to use...
