Please house, just yesterday i tried installing windows 10 and it requested for product key reason being that the windows version 8.1 i am on is not activated. To beat that, i booted my pc from an external hard drive with win 10 loaded on it, which gave me the opportunity to format my pc's hard drive. I do not have a flash drive so i made my 8gb memory card a bootable disk, then i tried installing the win 10 again by booting from the memory disk. The 1st attempt did not go far, at the 2nd attempt, after about 3hrs of GETTING DEVICES READY and restarting like twice, it prompted windows cant complete the installation, try reinstalling. "What could be the cause"?. Could it be because i'm using a memory card as a bootable disk or because my hard drive is partitioned?, though the larger chunk is where i'm trying to install the 10 on, like 301gb. Awaiting your timely response. Thanks

well,you misplaced all the methods then you couldnt retrace your steps
but i wld like to commend your attempt esp trying to boot from a memory card (its very thotful)i use that when im somewhere i have limited resources...
here are possible problems with that method:
1-the memory card has to be an original one else you wld get those errors
2..the card reader forms a bridge between the system and the memory card so that too has to be an original else the system wont be able to get pass the reader on startup
trying to bypass an installation just cause of a product key request was quite dumb.....u cld ask or just check google..the main problem with license verification actually occurs after installation esp where your system is connected to the internet via updates so no need worrying at that stage.
another possible cause is uefi....modern systems dont use bios..so u have to know your system settings before you can prepare a bootable device with or uefi else you would enter the system config to manually enable or disable some settings..
the iso or installation files may also not be copied properly onto the memory card
last possible problem as it relates to partition,ur system may actually contain hidden partition

check the date of your system...make sure its correct
else your antivirus is whats not authenticating the certificates.....check for the exception rule on the error page..
i used to have that problem with kaspersky....until i tweaked it manually

space has nothing todo with opening tabs instead its the memory size you "may" need to increase or your refresh ur browser...
its always important to provide adequate information(memory size,browser name) needed to solve the problem..

your hard drive is faulty either from a physical damage or a failing drive....
but there is good and bad news!
GOOD NEWS:i guess your S.M.A.R.T(Self-Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting Technology System) is either off or not existing..or probably u have been ignoring the message....the smart would have been reporting to u of an "imminent damage" and would advise u to backup ur files and replace....
another possible cause is SHOCK..u need to always protect ur system from hitting hard walls,objects by putting them deep in laptop bags and not school bags or any protective bag....
see the internal diagram of a hard drive below to understand when u have the error from one of the possible cause i mentioned..the biger the hard drive,the more the platters u have arranged on top of each other separated by 1actuator arm each...each arm consists of a read/write head...failure of those head would result in a possible "disk error" ie shock may force the arm,head to shift or stop working..
BAD NEWS:only jesus saves and can wake the dead
but he empowered some of us to go into the world to continue great tins...i can revive the hard drive if its not "physically damaged"

so much for your diy...funny tin is that the pple here that encourage your quest will never answer or condemn ur act.....i doubt if u know what you are doing
corrections:
there is no way on planet earth that you can use the attrib command to hide an account talkless an admin account..there are just 2-3 ways to do that and attrib aint one...from dos,the right command is net user..
attrib command is for files and folders...and a +h is all u need..
so maybe u can trackback what u really did..
as for yor access denied prob,u used -r(not read only)ok
-s(no system file)ok!
-a(no access)not ok....u have set the files attribute to no access..so what were u expecting..u locked the files..
i wld only give u a clue on what todo so u can continue ur adventure....
elevate your current user account to administrator then change the attributes to full control or elevate to "power user" that way,and only that way can u inherit the rights of the previous profile holding the files....
option 2...remove the hard drive and slave to a system with the step 1 rights
option 3...the very famous option for "wannabes" or pple that quit easily...REFORMAT THE SYSTEM

its really hard to tell from just the small data you provided but lets try..
1...after uninstallation, get a registry cleaner like ccleaner to remove all leftovers(invalid entries) from the system since you said you have un-installed severally..
2..restart the system
3..unplug the usb cable from the system and install the driver first on the system..
4. plug the usb cable now and allow the system detect and install it..
5..open the devices and printer page...right click on the desired printer...."make it the default printer"

as for the ads,u need an adblocker which would be installed as an addon into your browser..
for me,i use ublock origin..its the best tested adblocker around...trust me,u wont need to worry abt them anymore..
i dont know which browser u use...but you can google the name for ur browesr eg i use mozilla,so i'd google ublock origin for firefox..
as for your system running slow,many factors may be responsible:
1..low memory..if you use 1-2gig the the more pages u open,the more memory would be used..
2..invalid entries..alot of people think only viruses may systems unstable,slow or corrupt..wrong!invalid entries are entries "orphaned"on your system as a result of entries,data,temp files leftover from uninstalltion,registry files etc...its always advisable to run a registry cleaner atleast on a 2-3day basis so your system can breathe well...alot of people use ccleaner but i have never tried it before besides,free version softwares have limitations and may not be able to achieve desired reuts..i use uniblue registry booster(runs automatically sowhen it finds,it alerts me)+pc reviver..these 2 form the best alliance
3..browsers:different browser have different capabilities as with regards to its usuage in memory:
-internet explorer:if you do more of internet banking or need more security,this is the best browser cuz its secure but too heavy in the memory,sluggish and old skool
-firefox mozilla:its the most moderate browser to use...it may be less secure,not so fast,not slow and if u can exploit it for "reprogramming" purposes..usuage in the memory is ok..
-google chrome-claims to be the fastest but in inject aleast 5 modules into your ram(u can check the processes in task manager)..in some cases,it even makes the system unstable..i hope this is not your choice
the we have the newest microsoft edge(no addons or plugins)..it was built to rival the chrome and only present on windows 10,,seems fast but unconventional(for me) so i cant say much about it..
4..antivirus:alot of people just use antivirus without knowing its features,operations,size in memory,tolerance,potency...i would onl discuss abt 2;kaspersky and avast and use it to draw comparisons for your understanding
KASPERSKY..i have been using it for over 8yrs now...there are 2 versions:KAV/KIS..i use kav cuz its lighter in memory,very potent and has good tolerance for even "false positives"...kis is technical,it you dont set the parameters well then ur like to experience the kinda problems you are facing expecially when using the internet
AVAST..its a heavy,no nonsense AV that leaves nothing to chance....once if flags a file as a threat,its directive is to destroy so even when a system file is infected,e no send....it must delete-leaves nothing to chance then your system becomes unstable thereby forcing prob no2(invalid entries) ie when the system is looking for the file to load,it becomes unavailable and its start cycling .
another main problem is that its default setting is to scan a file upon execution ie anytime,u are opening any file,it must scan if first (this is the main reason a lot of people have complained in the past that their system crashed(its arguable not a proven fact)but its a liable cause...
5....startup programs/services loaded into the memoty....when u have a lot of application running on startup then a larger portion of the memory is used up even before u start opening your applications..
6..malware..when ur system becomes infected,its operations may have been compromised..infact,from your complaint(the ad popping up)...u may have been hit by an ADWARE causing it to pop up or redirect u to the authors site..u may have hit a banner with a fancy header saying "wizkid beats linda ikeji)...whick u click on it then ur sysetm becomes infected(clickjacking)...a strong av is always recommemnded..i use KAV2016+malwarebytes(premium version)+malwarebytes anti-ransomware+exploit...thats like fbi+opc+cia protecting my system(sorry i forgot to mention lagos metro police.. ;Dwetin them wan catch,make them just they support)

here is the trick....uninstall the present driver.....
re-install the windows 7 driver for the bluetooth and click on its properties then click on compactibility mode for windows 7
but wait...i tink hp 15 should have a windows 10
check the hp website and be sure to download 32bit or 64bit according to the os version u use..
warning!on the site u may find different bluetooth versions like broadcom,intel,,,,,
download one at a time so u know which works

Let me speak from personal experience and that of a friend.
My friends case was that he married a wife who believe se.x is only for procreation so anything aside that is a red flag for her, my friend couldn't bear it anymore thus resulted to self service from where he graduated to side chic's and dat almost cost him his marriage.
Before and during pregnancy my wife n I made love like minks,as in even 2hrs to when her water broke we had a quickie that night.now fast forward to after delivery, she had a tear and d doctor being a friend asked I give her 6weeks for d“ pleasure generator" to heal and I gladly extended it to 8weeks. thats quite strange!your system maybe infected or a program is program is obstructing it!
the only reason you can open it safe mode is that only a few drivers are loaded..
possible solutions:
1.uninstall the ms office completely then re-install
solution2..scan your system with a strong antivirus
solution 3.download "combofix" from bleepingcomputer.com
-place it on your desktop
-restart your system in safe mode
-run the software from your desktop
-enjoy the magic(it would remove any abnormalities from your computer..(if your system is infected,the antivirus is already impotent but the combofix is a very potent standalone when executed in safe mode

-i never really encourage DIY as a certain amout of skill is required to follow a simple post
-i dont always encourage reformatting a system;it shd be a last resort..if i had asked him to format it,then the knowledge of option 1 would never have existed or made available..i always believe there must always be another way..
-im a professional and pros get paid especially in more severe issues...I NEVER PRETEND TO BE A MAN OF THE PEOPLE BUT FOR THE PEOPLE

in some laptops,a single switch or combination of keys(fn+f2) would turn both the wifi and the bluetooth on..
if that fails then your wireless/bluetooth driver is not installed or missing..
goto control panel,device drivers and check if there is a yellow mark on any of the drivers(do a snapshot and post here so we can assess it)
warning!its possible you wont find any yellow warning indicators on any of the drivers.....what that means is that the drivers have been installed properly but not the recommended drivers for that particular model...a similar example is cited when u install windows7-10 freshly on a system,it appears like everything has been installed properly using the embedded drivers in the installation when in truth you have to manually installed the right drivers later

atimes when you use some components especially ones with capacitors over time on electricity(gen/nepa)-low or high current tend to make them wear out gradually till they finally die..we are even fond of always leaving them in the socket even after charging....
here are 2simple tests u can conduct to be sure of the problem:
1.create another user profile-if you dont want to format your system just yet then you can goto control panel,user account and create a new administrator profile
-restart the system
-login using the new profile then observe if problem persists
this test eliminates the need for a another charger..all you simply have todo is just reformat or refressh your system
2..find another charger to test the system with the exact power ratings recommended for the system..if the problem stops then u can conclude on getting a new charger..
besides,you pple never provide all the details needed in assessing the problem correctly...snap and send the power rating on the charger and under the laptop

charger problem....you aint using the recommended charger rating
check under the laptop to know the power rating(output) voltage and the ampere then compare it to the charger rating..
in some very rare cases,a reformat works but im very sure its the charger
