We are in season 21. And some beginers are still asking for resources to learn about this market. That is first sign of unseriousness. If you are truly willing and ready to learn. You will go back to reading the past seasons. Every resources you need are there.
Many have asked for books to read but did nothing after getting those books.

On prop firm,
I am not against using them but the truth is if you are not able to trade demo or small live account profitably for some time, chances are that you will not get it right trading big size account.
We need to work on our psychology and money management, study the business model of this prop firm, you will see that they set rules that will safeguard their money and make it difficult for you to lose far beyond what you have deposited. Incorporate this practice in your personal account too.
Face the reality and stop running after short cuts. Stop asking for strategies, learn to study the charts, compare charts posted here with your chart. Discipline your self to trading 0.01 lot. Its small money per pip but it is just what your account size can take for now. Use 1:25 leverage too, it will automatically prevent you from over trading.
Start doing things differently if you want a different and better outcome in this market.
Take the affirmative step this year to stop losing all your money.

Like he rightly said building a small account is an Herculean task. Number one is u tend to use high leverage which puts ur account at risk. Secondly using a small account u tend to to set high monthly target. 10% monthly target on a $100 account size is just $10 and to anyone's it's not worth the effort all through d month. But on a $10000 acc size it's massive profit. I had this issue when trading my $500 acc last year and at the end of the most I was not making profit commensurate with d effort monthly. This lead to me overtrading at times cos I wanted to make at least 30% monthly. U know d story; it always end in tears. I even started doubting my strategy. But in September I stumbled on blufx a prop firm. I tried thier conditions for some weeks on a demo acc before subscribing to thier 55 pounds monthly subscription in mid October made about 8% profit from the $25000 trading fund I was given. I can tell u if u know u can trade sign up with a prop firm instead of trying to grow a $100 acc. I will try out FTMO next month. i heard they have a flexible trading condition unlike blufx with very low leverage of 1:3 and u can't keep trade overnight unless u are on a higher subscription.

Let me make my simple suggestions....

Some traders are scalpers...
While some traders are swing traders that aim for a lot of pips...
The rule should try to accommodate every one.....
Some traders trade multiple pairs...
While some trade just one pair....
For me I think sticking with just Currency pairs will do alot of good....
And make the contest a bit fair....
I can suggest max 0.05lots
If you're trading single pair...
Max open lot should be 0.05 you can decide to go all in once or open 5 different positions with 0.01 each....

If you're trading multiple pairs you are not allowed to open max 5 pairs at 0.01 lots or you can decide to open two pairs at 0.025 lots each, depends on you....
But total sum of open lots shouldn't exceed 0.05....
That way the contest will be fair

It's not all about pips....
Someone can decide to open 5 positions at same time targeting let's say 20 pips...

Trader A might decide to go all all with 0.05 lots in a single position in the same pair and the system will record 20 pips....

While Trader B might decide to open 5 positions with 0.01 lots target same 20 pips at the same time

Well the system will record 100 pips....

Note both of them target same pips but used different method or approach...

I have included the login submissions in the next contest rules. There will be penalty for non compliance next time but for this time, we will manage it.
Those I have mentioned and outside of top three should try and let me have the logins so they will be qualified for the complimentary prizes.
It was a bit slow this week and then we still did not too bad.

@Aluspecialty appears to be the most consistent so far. Are you ready for a live account management? should I make your own next contest account a live account of $1000. So you can trade $1000 for two weeks and you will get 50% of the profit and still get the prize for either 1st, 2nd or 3rd. And the rest of the 50% profit will be shared among competitors that did good. Game? Ready? What do you think?

For those participating in the contest, Kindly read the rules again and adjust to avoid disqualification.

No lot size more than 0.01 and max position allowed at a time is 5. No use of pin to protect account.
Violators will be disqualified manually in the next 24 hrs. if no adjustment made and any trade gains from trading more than 0,01 at a time will not count.

• The first bearish candle High at 1780

• If we were to go bearish using the Fibonacci retracement tool it shows 1785 as the 50.0% retracement level for short target otherwise going below that is BMS and price soaring above is Continuation...

Though I'm not in d competition but I need to state d perceived error I noticed.
Has anybody noticed d START EQUITY of ITZPROSPERO_1 which is "1,071.30 instead of 1000?
I noticed his opened trades as at this morning displayed running trades(already in profits) of eurusd opened on June 28 which I think is against d stated rules.
The winning trades of those eurusd had been closed THIS MORNING but can still b seen in his closed orders.

NOTE: Whether intentional or not is none of my business but I bliv this is to d disadvantage of other competitors.

Another person is GOODLUCK41n who has 1,087.34 as START EQUITY instead of 1000
