boron10: I doubt the credibility of this story cos of the bolded. I graduated from uniben and throughout my stay I never came across someone who scored above 52 in PUME and was denied admission. The cut off mark starts from 50. These people should always confirm their stories before publishing it.

Only Barca, Arsenal, Real and a few others would dare to play an attacking game, away from home. Hence, the away goal rule should be up for review by UEFA.

CFCfan: I know, right. The purpose for which it was instituted was to encourage the away team to attack. But obviously, that hasn't been the case for a decade now; most away teams love to 'park the bus'.

I think it's time for UEFA and other continental governing bodies to abolish the away goals rule. England doesn't use such a system in her domestic cup competitions.

It is those Man United haters who always shout and complain when Man United benefits from such mistakes. Real Madrid has benefited from two mistakes from the refree in two subsequent matches now ( penalty turned down against Barcelona and this red card against Man United). When it goes against them at another time, they shouldn't complain.
