Commissioned officers are placed in level 8 step 1 and paid over a N100k (degree holders). Same goes for HND holders (non commissioned officers).
They receive same but distinguished by cadres (commissioned and non commissioned)
Thanks alot I wish to apply but I have OND,
Can I make use of it?
If yes, how much will be the Pay.

And 2nd question,if I use ND, and I was given the Job, if I go further for my studies to acquire a degree (Online distance learning)...
Will I be promoted thereafter??
Since I've obtained my degree

Answer to First question is yes. Get a 1st or 2nd degree.

2nd question is tricky. Yes maybe the answer but it's not "workable". It's kind of an unrealistic rule. I'm on level 12 and non commissioned but led or ordered by a commissioned officer in level 8 even after being on the job much earlier and longer and even receive a better pay.
Pls can you tell us the salary for entry level for both commissioned and non commissioned officers

Benin republic and citizens have been lamenting on Nigeria border closure and counting losses but nobody comes up with what Nigeria stands to gain when the border is opened.
OP.
Lemme answer you this way...
Say, you're a farmer, cultivating rice and tomatoes ..
But you're not making profit due to the snuggling of rice and tomatoes from other countries.
Your products were less patronize. Meanwhile this is the only means and way for you to live...

Few years later government closed the borders and snuggling of rice and tomatoes are no more...

People now patronize your farm products.

As a farmer, what do you stand to gain?

Once you've answered the above question, then what do you stand to gain if the government opens the borders

hisexcellency34:
Elder statesman and Second Republic lawmaker, Junaid Mohammed, on Tuesday said the Igbos are free to carry out their threats of secession if denied the Presidency in 2023.

He admonished politicians from the South-Eastern part of the country who are nursing the idea of becoming President in 2023 to perish the thought.

Speaking in a chat with Daily Independent, Junaid said currently the South -East has not put forward a credible person who is qualified to lead Nigeria.

” I challenge Igbos to secede if they are denied Presidency in 2023. If they don’t secede, let them go to hell. They have tried secession before but they were defeated and failed and they lost over one million people”.

“If they want to secede again because of 2023 politics, they are more than welcome. You think anybody will beg them not to secede?” he asked .

Most igbos voted an APC Sentor ,so there is no excuse that igbos did not APC 1/3 of the population of igbos are outside the south east and they voted APC
Spare me that, you ain't in Yoruba land to see how it went 90% of Igbos in Yoruba land voted for Pdp, I inclusive some didn't go out to vote...

2. How many Igbo senator are in Apc?

3. Have any igbo Apc member declared to run for presidency and he was being shut up or denied or abusedhuh
Let's tell ourselves the truth.
If Igbos want to have a president.
Let the hate speeches stop and align with other regions... And make their demand

One can only imagine why APC Member who has been going around with the campaing Slogan of change and Next Level , with prominent Pastors in their Midst not ensure Fair Play in the Party and select an Igbo man to fly the flag for 2023.

For the benefit of dispute , they can select Ogbonnaya Onu who is a buhari Loyalist and a first class chemical Engineer to fly the flag, other people are Allen Onyema who has sacrificed for the well being of Nigerians in Diaspora but who is not a politician .
Others include Chris Ngige , Joe Igbokwe, Oji Kalu , Rochas Okorocha etc.

If igbos in the South East are not enough then Igbos in the South South come be chose among whom are Rotimi Amaechi, Patric Utomi , the present Governor of CBN , the former Minister of petroleum etc

While will pastors be the people to deny igbos a fair deal in Nigeria huh
Because Apc have been called an islamic party...
Hate speeches have being laid upon APC by Igbo youths and ohanze group.
Now tell me, if they field those people.

Do you honestly think they will support themhuh

2nd point is that, many of the Igbos in APC have been termed anti igbo, so who knows if they field them, they will get support.

3rd point is, pre 2019 election, igbos have been told to support Apc Buh they didn't. there contributions are not up to par, Apc got little votes in SE.

Politics › 344-year-old Tortoise, Alagba Dies At Soun Palace by Sammy07(op): 8:41am On Oct 04, 2019
Ademola Babalola, Ibadan

A 344-year-old tortoise popularly known as Alagba in the palace of the Soun of Ogbomoso in Oyo State died on Thursday.

The tortoise which was said to be the oldest in Africa was sick for a few days before its demise.

Alagba became popular upon the ascension of the throne of the current Soun of Ogbomoso, Oba Oladunni Oyewumi.

The tortoise has its own good shelter and health support during its sojourn on earth.

Confirming the ugly incident, Private Secretary to Oba Oyewumi, Toyin Ajamu, told journalists that the tortoise, which attracted people from all walks of life from Nigeria and abroad, would be greatly missed not only by the palace household but everyone who came in contact with Alagba during her lifetime.

He said, “Alagba had lived in the palace for centuries.

“The tortoise played host to many monarchs in Ogbomoso in the past.

“Alagba became popular because Oba Oladunni Oyewumi, Soun of Ogbomoso used his personal resources to cater for her well being.

“The tortoise had two staff members of the palace, dedicated to her.

“They provided food, health support and other logistics, so as to make sure she gets the best treatment.

“Oftentimes, Kabiyesi shares great moments with Alagba.

“On a daily basis, Alagba, had tourists visiting it from different parts of the world.

“The palace household, Ogbomoso community and stakeholders in the tourism sector are mourning Alagba’s passage.”

The palace secretary explained that plans are underway to preserve Alagba’s body for historical records.

SS and SE lock down for PDP and APC won Edo state in SS convincingly and also Defeated PDP to emerge second in Anambra state in SE.

Are you not worried that the only 2 states that PDP controlled in SW was taken over by APC?

So,unlike in 2015,PDP no longer control any state in SW and you believe that Yoruba peoples now hate APC.

You should know that Atiku choice of OBI makes it even more difficult for ATIKu because the Hausa's and Yoruba's don't want anything to do with the Igbo's.

So,the little votes Atiku would have get in SW are gone with his choice of Obi because the Yorubas can not throw away a VP for Senate president or SGF position.

Even Yaradua admitted that his election was a fraud so I don't believe that south voted the way PDP made us to believe.

Jonathan simply relocated to the SW before the 2015 and dollarize the zone and also deployed federal might before PDP got that number of votes in that SW.

So,now that PDP can no longer use OPC and put APC leaders under house arrest with soldiers like they did running to 2015 election,do you think PDP can still get such votes.

Can any soldier ask Ameachi,Oshiomole etc not to monitor the 2019 election like the soldiers did in 2015?

A lot of water has passed under the bridge for m 2015 to date and things that worked in 2015 will not work in 2019.

Keep fooling yourself,Buhari will win 2019 with a landslide.

As bad Buhari is claimed to be, Atiku is struggling against him.

In 2014, two months after emerging as APC candidate in Lagos, Buhari had already nailed GEJ. It was so convincing to Gej himself that he had lost to Buhari that he visited SW five times in one month....prompting Awujale to wonder and asked aloud why the repeated calls, whats the purpose.

We are about 40days to election and Buhari is still holding a upper hand on Atiku.

Fayose has not made one stop anywhere in SW to campaign. Saraki has kept out of SW. So how is Atiku going to win APC States?

Wahala dey o!

Atiku is expecting a worship from PDP stalwarts and they read the signs but bluffed him. grin

He wants to do what he watched them do to Obasanjo. Baba was a deity back then that PDP goons bowed to. Few that were rebellious, like Audu Ogbeh and even Atiku himself had their home ambition ruined.

Atiku wants to be the new sigidi of PDP but none of the PDP chieftains are obliging him. He feels isolated...hence the trips to Dubai.

Also, he has recruited some foreigners doing reconnaisance work for him. They are based in Dubai. They cannot enter Nigeria....too risky without their cover blown. He goes there to meet with them.

Atiku will not even come in second place. Hashim will come second. PT will be opposition party. grin
