Here's how it works.

In NIMC portal his Records and Thumbprint everything is in their database.

Once they've processed his information.

After processing it, they always send it to telecoms office.
The problem is with the NCC headquarter and The Banks headquarters
They've not synchronized their database with the nimc database thereby making it to be congested if they don't do the necessary thing, he no fit see am anywhere in their branches

Its possible he will not be able to use it in bank.

If he take his Tracking ID to any of nimc center, he will be seeing his information

Tell him to wait for 3 or 4 months, if he pays money except if not in their headquarters nah wash money he paid
