What's your reference date? 1980's? For the sake of history you should start pre independence and should state which trophy. For a long time the FA cup now Federation cup was the big tournament as leagues were regional and state only. The national league was a much later effort.

IICC are the greatest in the FA cup with 8 wins
Lagos Railway with 7 wins.
Enugu Rangers with 6 wins

Who can forget the likes of Rangers vs Bendel Ins? Mighty Jets the most losses in FA cup final..

The Farmlands were so Cheap.

The least plot we sold then was N80K per plot

People buy Acres and Hectares and start commercial farming and were making good money.

The last time I heard, they were still selling these Farmlands to clients till date.

The price of a brand new Peugeot vehicle was around #6000 naira at SCOA, my Father bought one around late seventies and early eighties. They had payment plans. I drove those vehicles cos I grew up to meet them.

University of ibadan was feeding students at dinning halls then and they had their laundry done for them too in the seventies.

The current political class destroyed this country shortly they took power in the eighties-bubu and nineties. Lets hope they fix it

Experience is the best teacher and best currency to take to market. Let us not use those who failed to lift their states or the country out, to help Nigeria at yhis trying times. Those people are not team players like Tinubu. Tinubu relies much on a well selected first eleven to deliver his vision. That’s what we need in Nigeria. Have you seen anyone who worked at highest level with Obi coming out to support him? Have you seen his former deputy Governor or commissioners going around with him? No! Because Obi is not a team player, and he is not a mentor of good leaders. Same with Atiku. But look around Tinubu and you will see the cream of people he has worked with. They are all with him everywhere. That speaks volume on the character and quality of leadership Tinubu has. That’s what we need in Nogeria now.

Despite the huge oil and gas wealth of the country, most of its people live in abject poverty while Obiang and his cronies live like kings.
