So far with the confirmation I have received, a few friends used GLobus and they are all in the UK now! It shouldn't be a problem...

I will never forget when I received the last refusal on the 10th of August. I was devastated, depressed, and pressed down. It seemed over for me at the time but God said He was just getting started with me. A number of friends I’d made during my biometrics in July at the time traveled to the UK and this made me sadder because I felt left behind. Few of them stood with me and kept monitoring my progress, just to ensure that I didn’t give up and I am glad I didn’t. I dare say that GOD CAME THROUGH FOR ME!

Just as the name implies! "immigration health surcharge" it covers your medical expenses in the UK except dental and eye care. Irrespective of your age be it a day old baby, a grown man, etc.. everyone will have access to these health facilities and that's why that provision has been made that you pay these fees upfront. So it's same fee for everyone applying from outside of the UK. I hope it's clear enough!

Yes, I used one in July for my application and it got REFUSED...I’m still crying till today. The visa was delayed for 2months and eventually refused.

So it’s safe to use the exact rate on oanda? Just scared of discrepancies in exchange rate.. pof for myself n wifey is £27,302.. which is #17,746,300 using #650. But I’m being advised to just use 19m. Not so easy getting the extra 1m+�




Since the POF for both of you is said to be £27,302. The current conversion rate on Oanda is #566 which will amount to #15,452,932 that's the amount required. But in an event where the exchange rate goes up, the #650 rate you calculated is super safe for you which amounts to #17,746,300. On a final note, the #17,746,300 is sufficient enough for both of you. You have nothing to worry about...

Not too worry, you being pregnant cannot deny you of getting your visa. Upon arrival in the UK you'll just need to structure your classes or defer when you're about to deliver your bundle of joy!!!

UK Tier 4 Visa Application - 18th September 2021(Priority). I am the main applicant and my wife is the dependent.

Course of study- M.Sc in Information Technology and Network Management at Robert Gordon University at Aberdeen, Scotland

Biometrics - Wednesday 22nd September 2021 at Ikeja TLS for myself and my wife. My wife had appointment but I did walk-in as I can’t wait till 24th September because school has resumed since 13th September and my own biometrics was meant to be 24th September.

Monday 27th September 2021 - Received first NSF Mail

Monday 4th October 2021 - Received 2nd NSF mail. Shortly after I received a call and an email from UKVI for a video interview slated for the following day 5th October for 9:30am. ( At this stage we have disposed of most of our things at home and we’re practically sleeping on the floor. Imagine the tensions that were already creeping into our mind and lives?)

Tuesday 5th October 2021 - Video interview commenced as scheduled and lasted for about 1 hour. Questions asked ranges from reasons for my previous three visa refusals from 2003(two refusals) and 2016(one). The also asked reasons for the 13 year educational gap between B. Sc (2008) and intending M.Sc(2021) and what I have been doing in-between those years. They asked other others ranging from why I wanted to study IT, why I chose Robert Gordon Uni, what myself and wife were doing for a living amongst other sundry questions then the interview ended.

Monday 11th October 2021 - Wife’s profile moved to VAC and later that day a pickup mail was delivered .

Tuesday 12th October 2021- My profile moved to VAC and a pickup mail was sent later that day.

We both travelled to Lagos on Friday to pick up our passport with our visa inside.

It was a torrid journey which started in May 2021 and had a lot of delays from my university(Olabisi Onabanjo University) failing to process my transcripts on time to RGU first offering me a pre-masters which I rejected to the real masters admission coming out late on the 1st of September 2021. What about having to go to the Ikoyi registry to correct numerous errors on our wedding certificate which they made three times? The numerous near accidents on the Lagos/Ibadan expressway amongst others.

In all these we thank the good lord that the whole project was successful at the end.[/quote]

If you're an alumni from Madonna University and you're considering using the etx option, can you contact me? I'm trying to use that option as well but the guys at exams and records don't trust it. They claim it's malicious. They're insisting on using the courier option and that will take a long time considering the backlog but I'm thinking if more people speak up on the option to them they will believe.

I initially booked for same test date (13/06) on the 23rd of May. I was hoping to pay that week but for one or two reasons I couldn't. Well, I thought like BC do (or used to do) they will cancel the booking after 5days if payment wasn't made.

So on the 6th of June I booked again. This time for 20th. I paid same day, only for me to get an email the following day (7th) confirming my initial booking for 13th. I went "wtf!!!. I re-booked and paid for 20th, my 13th booking shoulda expired!!...I haven't read shit...help!!...lmao".

Well, thanks to prayers, Liz's and Jay's youtube videos for speaking and writing, I maxed it. I practised listening and reading using some cambridge sample abi na past questions wey de get volume 1 to 14. I did the 5 most recent volumes though.

To anyone about to write, it's possible to do it in one sitting. The exam is technical not difficult. There are strategies. Find them, follow them.
