Saddamochieng00:I am giving you facts bro not emotions. In sinsaharan Africa we are second on the luxury market. Facts These SA properties are stunning but they are t all that different from what we have here. This give for half a million dollars now compare that to your $8m apartment in Abuja and see your real estate developers are running you blind. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pU9IS3JX_xs Compare this smart of of about $500k to your $8m apartment. I have seen mansion in Karen that cost several millions of dollars and it’s very terrible to say the least. Oga don’t get me started. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M1lQLCsBL0g Short video of apartment at the WORLD TRADE TOWER ABUJA. Cost 200k usd, now compare with your $8m. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j2aC9hdpOXw |
This is the latest coming into the Abuja luxury market @saddamochiengo. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a3LTWzVE6os |
So many properties are high rise/scrapes properties are coming up in ikoyi, banana island and of course V.I . I intend posting them tommorow if I can’t wrap up the project I Have at hand, otherwise I might postponed. Let’s see sha. |
Saddamochieng00:How bold of you to think Nairobi can compete with Lagos in terms of luxury. We are only second to SA in Africa luxury market not Kenya lol. I reii ok eat your buildings and finishing s are basic from exterior to interior. There is no better way to say it. More for your viewing https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SsTq3ac26qI https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tXeU2Z_IUB4 |
Saddamochieng00:Lol stop crying on my mention. Dude had his personal reason of staying in Kenya just like he did in Rwanda. Kenya is not developed, nothing is special in your zoo bro. You can tell from his blog that He likes SA a lot. He has visited SA twice and even bought a 5 bedroom mansion. From the video you can tell we have a better taste in luxury than you guys, just accept the truth. Everything should not be up for argument. It’s as clear as day. P.s before I forget the dude is not from SA,he is from the United States. |
Balogunodua:True tho,but let’s see if people will turn up on they day.Don’t underestimate the power of the internet, remember how it’s United Migetia during the endsars protest. |
Balogunodua:You guys should go slow on the name calling, you can always make your argument without degrading it to name calling and tribal sentiment. |
GeneralDae:Yes most southern youths that have sense are for obi. But the thing is would they allow the election to be free and fair? They would definitely rig that election to keep an Igbo man out of power. And I do t see the north supporting tinubu. Let’s see how it’s play out sha. But we as Nigerians deep down know what we need is obi. He is the only aspirants that genuinely care about this country and willing to effect change,.others don’t give a flying fvck they are just there to loot and pass the ball to the next. |
Balogunodua:Yeah. It’s may happen,it’s may not happen. It’s may not happen because Atiku and his cohort have a different agenda for Nigeria that is different from buhari’s |
Balogunodua:I swear.I was laughing so hard . The idiot did not even know to pretend as the cameras are rolling all over him. |
GeneralDae:He will take his agbero to the federal level. MC oluomo and co are already rejoicing |
GeneralDae:They are both terrible thieves and of Nigerians have sense they will look away from both individuals and choose someone else. I predict bubu and his northern cabals will crawl to pdp to give Atiku their support just to make sure the north retains their power. |
obaaderemi:Jagaban scamed buhari. The whole time I was looking at buhari’s face and I couldn’t control my laughter. Oga couldn’t believe his eyes ![]() |
If you go country by country we are the highest, save for Egypt.
|
gallivant:Spoken like your existence is a fool. Now cry me that hot river. |
obaaderemi:Yeah they come here read one of two gossip and feel like they have us by our balls, they are irrelevant and we can’t expend our energies camping on a Kenya site just to fetch bad new and camouflage as their citizens just to score cheap points. |
Now that I think of it I am not surprised. I have seen budget earmarked for most high rises in Kenya and most it has me wondering if construction is that cheap over there. I once heard that the riverside tower that was suppose to be 33flrs X 8 buildings cost about $21m,and I was like damn that so freaking cheap, they must be stealing the building materials and possibly underpaying the labourers. Now I see why. No wonder I always find their scrapes unpleasant and bland - very basic, nothing really inspiring about the design. $21m will barely build a 15flrs scrapes in Lagos. I want wrong to say that most scrapes in Nairobi are very similar to what you get in eastleigh - slightly better roads and organizations is what differs them otherwise they are literally thesame. |
I have always questioned Kenya’s real estate luxury market. What the heck is this. If I say it is bland and basic some folks will say I am hating. It’s obvious y’all can’t handle the truth so you heckle. One of this properties cost about $8m and you have to deal with the terrible dusty, broken down road of Westland after paying so much. And if you survive that best be sure you won’t survive traffic. Your car and patience will pay the price despite coughing out a whooping $8m. Rent is $3500 per month https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TqWY7K1iXmA This costs $8m https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4sNDn7tBs5c Now juxtaposed that with a typical Lagos apartment that is 4 times cheap but yet you are dealing with class and style. You can feel your money even though it’s is still cheaper than her counterpart Nairobi. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A3Q_huF6j1A |
Kuruptnigga:
|
GeneralDae:Lol dude is kenyan,I knew it from the jump. |
Kuruptnigga:Lol that idiot ain’t Nigerian,he is a Kenyan. |
Zfree:Please save all this dirty energy for kenyan political affairs otherwise you stand vote in another idiot like raila or ruto. |
SoapQueen:Nahhh, that’s if he doesn’t use it properly. I exfoliate twice a week, which are Wednesday and Saturday’s. As for black soap I dont think so,I once use it and I had no problem with it ,albeit at the moment I use dove. |
MrLekan95:Get the ones that has vitamin C . It’s helps fade sunspot. Also get a salicylic based face cleanser or toner |
Pimple:- Get a salicylic based cleanser, preferably neutrogena. The salicylic acid is an active chemical ingredient to combat pimples,I would have said you go for hydroquinone based and roduct but you said it’s just mild plus constant usage of hydroquinone can damage your skin and cause hyperpigmentation. - get a toner, preferably the one that contains rosewater and glycerin. - face serum, preferably the ones that has vitamins C and Hydroluronic acid - A good face moisturizer. Then a sunscreen, preferably from SPF 50 and above, because Nigeria is very hot. Additionally you can use good face soap like Dove or get a black soap, face scrub and maybe facial mask. Come back and thank me after a month. Ensure to always follow up on your routine . P.s - Additional tips, get a different towel for your face and change it every three days to avoid breeding bacteria and putting back on your face. Also change your pillow case and bedsheet Atleast every week. Stop touching your face cos you are put back bacteria’s your come in contact with back on your face. Wash your face twice a day,not more than twice. Ignore those telling you to wash your face all the time. You don’t want to fry out your skin and loose your essential oil meant to protect your skin against acne. Exfoliate one or twice a week, not more than this pls. Cheers to a glowing skin that blinds your enemies ![]() |
Zfree:Imposter show your dirty face and quote me with you real account. I know who you are. |
Shma:I called you they,it’s refreshing to see you are updating your archaic vocabulary. Reduce your verbosity and embrace grandiloquence. |
Shma:You dragged the whole of africa into your convo and threw shade in our faces. So yeah i am involved. |
Shma:Land in Nairobi is even more expensive than reclaimed land in eko Atlantic. |
Shma:Lol what’s this infrastructure that is in Westland and not in any African country? The the expressway stretch of road? |
