Believe this at your own peril. These banks will still frustrate you. Their stress is only worth it if the money in the account is substantial enough.

aswani:

Beauty is more than skin deep, much more.

My mum's senior brother married a physically beautiful woman that was very literate, that woman showed him shege pro max, interestingly she and my mum got on very well.

Eventually they separated and he moved to the middle belt sonewhere and found another woman, this lady wasn't too educated and was overweight. Yet they both loved each other dearly.

I remember my mum asking him (she could talk anyhow sometimes especially to her brothers), "Why are you married to this woman who is very beneath your level? ", he meekly answered "The one that was beautiful that I married nkọ, look at the stress I went through with her".

They have all passed on and are resting in the bosom of the Lord now where skin deep beauty doesn't matter.

Bottom line, inner beauty is almost as important as outer, it takes a special human being to have both, especially in this Nigeria.

Yen yen yen. Dont go and say because of your uncle you now go and marry ugly wife o.

You can marry a beautiful woman with great character and you can marry an ugly woman with very bad character.

The clown speaks again. I heard the Ogun State governor gave him some money to shut up when he complained about the bad roads in his community. He came online after and started hailing the govt.

He is a mad man that needs to be chained.

This is one was never ugly na. She was only constrained to live and dress in certain ways that she didnt have control over, being under her parents and other fsctors.

My friend's handsome brother got married to the ugliest girl in the world, and thats what I call ugly. Nothing can ever make her beautiful. Everyone at the wedding, including the pastor was disappointed. You could see it on everyone's face.

Business / Is It Easy To Become Rich In Nigeria Without Doing Something Illegal? by samtoles: 1:53pm On May 28
Okay, lets not say rich alone.. Let me say financially stable or rich.

Can one become financially stable or rich in Nigeria without doing any thing shady?

I look around me, everyone I know that is doing well financially is doing something illegal. Even the people who have jobs or businesses, including artisans and self employed people.

Those who work as salary earners are making extra money from the company illegally. The artisans like Mechanics and Plumbers etc are putting extra money on materials and parts to make something extra. Mr. Lawyer and Mr. Judge are doing their own, collecting bribes and defending criminals.

The businessman nkor? He is trying to outsmart and outplay his customers. The Igbo man at Ladipo selling spare parts will form alliance with mechanic to scam you and share the proceeds. The Yoruba guy that is a web designer or app developer will lie to you that hosting is $250, meanwhile he bought it at $21 with crypto on Namecheap.

Don't lets talk about the airport. Everyone working at the airpot, from the carpark to checking and boarding will frustrate your life until you bribe them.

Go to Ikoyi Registry, those women swearing the oath will not let you go until you drop money in their basket and tell you to your face they will not give you your certificate until you drop money.

They say content creation is the new money making machine in Nigeria. But content creators will collect adverts from shady companies and deceive you to patronize them.

Try to do business without mixing any illegality, the govt will frustrate you with bad light, bad road and high tax. Your business dies a natural death.

Don't let's talk about Pastors, other religious leaders and the politicians. These ones are the grandmaster of scam.

Yahoo Yahoo nkor? Everywhere you turn to is full of Yahoo boys. If you ask them, they will tell you they cant survive with a job of 80k per month. With 80k job when will they get married, buy a car or build a house or even take care of their parents? If you tell them not do Yahoo, the will turn to the street pointing guns in your face and rob you in broad day light.

If you say you wont do anything illegal in Nigeria, you will seem to be struggling. You might not be able to meet up with bills and family demands.

I know quite well that there are people who have made good money in Nigeria and are doing so well financially without engaging in illegal activities, but the percentage is very very low, so low that when you look around you, among the thousands of people you know, you will hardly find one person. Even that cool businessman most likely started his business with the proceeds of crime.

So, can one easily become financially free in this country without going the illegal route?

Liammm:
I think we are over celebrating this win against South Africa. It's not like SA is that big a footballing nation to beat. We should be more concerned about the way a 'not so big' footballing nation boxed us to a corner. We are losing against a rejuvenated Ivory Coast team if we play this way. Peseiro and the boys really need to get their a$$ down to work. I can only celebrate Nigeria when we finally lift the trophy.

You are talking like the SA team are one useless team. They reached the Semi final for a reason. They are not walk over. We played against one of the best African side and it calls for celebration. Get your negativity outa here

I have been worried for Senior man, wondering why he hasn't been playing. I thought it was even a personal beef with the coach. He's one of our most committed players.

But he finally shined and he shined when it mattered most, scoring the decisive penalty that took us to the final. If he doesn't play a single minute again and we go on to win, he can wear his medal with pride and honour.

I no blame the Chippa United Chairman....the man go dey smile to the bank very soon..and the amount dem go rake-in will be boosted if Nwabali lift the AFCON.

This support is motivated purely by transfer fee the man go soon cash out on!!!

My thoughts exactly. The man knows that if Nigeria wins the cup, he could sell Nwa for as much as 5 million Euros which is a huge boost for an African club. Bids are already coming in for Nwa and lifting the cup will increase the value

One of my members chop 12m on bet9ja after his girlfriend put to bed a beautiful baby girl.

He gave me tithes of 1.2m and I blessed the baby and told told him that he should name her fortune. And anytime he wants to play bet9ja he should place his right hand on her head when forecasting.

Ever since he started chopping back to back, this idiot has been placing all his body including his two legs on his baby's head. Infact he plays bet9ja every day with his two legs on top of his baby's head. His wife has called me severally to complain. I've been thinking of reversing the good luck charm I did for him before he kills the innocent beautiful sweet baby girl. 🤕

This I have seen.

Romance / Re: Being A Father At 22 (my Story) by samtoles: 9:39pm On Feb 06
Words are not powerful. There is absolutely nothing in words. Its not your words that brought the child, its your foolishness and carelessness. Only action works! If words are powerful, a lot of religious people in Africa won't be wallowing in abject poverty. They name their kids Glory, Fortune, Favour, Riches and all sorts and they continue to speak some positive words into their lives. The children still grow up to be as poor as their parents.

Anyway, at 22, especially in Nigeria, you have no business becoming a father. It a big mistake for you. Raising up a child in this terrain is no child's play. Aside the financial aspect which will drain you, you are not ripe mentally and emotionally. You should be enjoying your youthful years, hustling hard, making mistakes and learning from them. You should have aborted that baby by all means possible.

But you don born now, nothing wey we go do. You will learn the hard way.

Goodluck.

PS: The truth will hurt you at first, but in the end, it will set you free

Its not about the money. Its about the joy, the prestige and the glory that is coming to a whole country.

Some of the players at Afcon are worth more than the prize money.

Your headache is worth it.
