Gen Mongunu is not a tyrant as presented in this foolish article. I once worked with him at Guards Brigade Abuja,he was the one who introduced a special pay package for officers n soldiers in Abuja who worked tirelessly for security within the FCT. He turned the entire Brigade into a "no nonsense" corps. In fact his tenure as d brigade commander changed the face of security in the FCT. You can ask any soldier serving in ABUJA to confirm this.
