I fear are being rigged. Jonathan is waiting for the results of most States to be seen so he and his bandits can know the amount of votes to add.
Even with that, Buhari's victory is inevitable.

Have you wondered why results from SS and SE haven't been seen yet?
Unfortunately for the PDP, they cannot rig beyond the number of PVCs collected in the state. And it's also impossible to have 100% turn-out, let alone 100% vote for GEJ.

Tried you say? This is decision time! The will of the people are far stronger than the interest of one man at this point. I pitied him when he was addressing pressmen at his PU on Saturday but my pity won't return him. I did not vote him. Nigerians are becoming sensitive and the names' calling should not even distract him. He has an ambition and nothing should distract him. Buhari has been calm so far, Jonathan should do the same and should not be praised for it.
Politics › PDP, APC Clash Over Lagos Poll Results Delay by Sanchez01(op): 5:12am On Mar 30, 2015
The agent of the Peoples Democratic Party for the presidential election collation in Lagos State, Mr. Wahab Owokoniran, and his All Progressives Congress counterpart, Senator Tokunbo Afikuyomi, on Monday morning hotly disagreed during the collation exercise at the Independent National Electoral Commission Lagos office.

The quarrel began immediately the Collation Officer for Lagos State, Prof. Isaac Adewole, announced the suspension of the collation of the presidential poll till 8am.

Before Adewole suspended the collation of the result at 1.48am, electoral officers of four local government areas had submitted the results of their respective council areas, while the results for the remaining 16 local government areas had yet to be returned to the INEC office.

But immediately after Adewole, who is the Vice Chancellor, University of Ibadan, announced the suspension of the collation of the result, Owokoniran flared up and protested the decision, asking the state collation officer to explain the rationale behind the shift.

Owokoniran raised issues concerning non-arrival of the result of the election that was conducted on Saturday.

He said the result ought to have been brought to the INEC office.

According to him, result of many polling units, where PDP won, were manipulated in favour of APC.

Owokoniran also alleged that election did not take place in no fewer than 30 polling units in Epe Local Government Area of the state and yet result was declared for them.

“In some local government areas, election had been concluded two days ago. What could have delayed the collation? I suspect there are some discrepancies somewhere.

“We will not accept any result different from the one we have,” he said.

Owokoniran, however, submitted two petitions to the Resident Electoral Commissioner, Mr. Akin Orebiyi, questioning the electoral body’s collation process.

But Afikuyomi dismissed the claim, saying only INEC had the authority to announce the result of any election.

He asked Owokoniran to speak by facts, rather than making issues that could generate controversy.

Describing himself as one of those who framed the Electoral Act, Afikuyomi said, “Before we begin to make allegations about results being tampered with, without any substantial evidence or a single shred of fact, I think we must speak to facts and records.

“For instance, with regard to the result for Apapa Local Government Area, I have issues, but I will wait for us to get there. I think we watch the way we make claims because it can have serious implications.”

GenBuhari:
Of course they would make noises here and there to appear impartial during the process.

But when it matters, perhaps after Jonathan is declared re-elected, you would then see their true mission is to endorse him. You may witness in a day or two, exactly what I am saying.
Well, It's perspective at play here. So far, Al Jazeera has aired the Rivers rigging scheme during one of their reports and all I know from that standpoint is that the world is watching. International observers may not want to speak up so as not to stay as targets by unfavoured parties. Again, let's just watch as things unfold. We know the number of those who collected PVCs in the SS and the SE. Edo is presently resisting the PDP fair enough. Rivers and Bayelsa may be perfected rigging-wise but it still does not imply that the votes would be higher than PVCs collected in the states.

Politics › Don’t Panic, Presidency Tells Jonathan’s Supporters by Sanchez01(op): 4:11am On Mar 30, 2015
The Presidency on Sunday urged supporters of President Goodluck Jonathan against panic over some “fake results” of the Saturday’s presidential elections, allegedly being released by opposition party.

Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Dr. Reuben Abati, made the Presidency’s position known on his Facebook page.

Abati asked supporters of the President not to be fooled by the said results, saying the only confirmed result so far was the one from Ekiti State.

He expressed delight that Jonathan won in the South-West state.

He also noted that the Independent National Electoral Commission had addressed the issue of the fake results.

Abati wrote, “Our numerous supporters (both home and abroad) are reaching out to us and requesting that we should say something.

“We can assure you that we are on top of everything.

“INEC has already addressed the issue of viral ‘opposition’ sponsored fake results that they should be ignored.

“So far, the only announced concluded official result from anywhere is from EKITI state.”

“A resounding victory for President Jonathan! Don’t be fooled or panic. We say thank you.”

That is where Jonathan plans to make up for the loss in the North and SW. I knew this long before now.
The beauty of this elections is that the international observers are present in almost every state. Their opinions will count in this elections and JEGA would not just ignore them. The international community is watching.

So far, the SS and the SE have been the most pronounced zones of alleged elections' malpractices. JEGA's attention should be drawn to these zones above all others.

What is this one saying? Did I mention of those you mentioned in my post?
I am not disputing the fact that APC is winning, they are winning quite alright, but with the discussions and argument before the March 28th was that APC owns the south west vote. And they made it look like GEJ won't even manage 10votes.
I clearly believe that your saying GEJ won't get 10 votes in the SW is intentionally an understatement. GEJ has little strength in the SW and to think that he bribed almost all traditional rulers into endorsing him is worth laughing at. A man who patrolled Lagos in an unusual manner, plied the SW than other regions and still experiencing a great upset in this manner is again funny. I hope you know that the core NE's result are yet to be released?
