What's your definition of anointing? You mean the sudden collapse in churches ![]() |

coded01:He is right, Iker has been a major flop this season. I'm a Madridsta and it worries me so much. I hope we get De Gea at the end of the season. |
With us in Nigeria, anything goes. |
Obinoscopy:You think so? |
There are no differences in the pictures, both are forms of idolatory. The second is commonly practiced among Christians though.- Exo 20:4; Lev 26:1 |
That's a very old picture of a supposed Jesus on a movie set. It's as old as five years ago |
sinkhole:Nothing is complicated, understand the meaning of the name 'Joshua' and that settles it. |
Houseofglam7:Thanks . |
sonOfLucifer:Funny... The person you quoted went overboard, but I'd recommend that you do not dare YHWH ![]() |
ayusadeg, Johnydon22 and Hawlascho, understand something here; KJV mentions 'Jesus' and my version, the KJVer mentions 'Jesus' as well. I checked up and NIV version and saw 'Joshua'... The explanation is pretty simple, For if Jesus - Margin, "That is, Joshua." The Syriac renders it, "Joshua the son of Nun." "Jesus" is the Greek mode of writing "Joshua," and there can be no doubt that Joshua is here intended. The object is to prove that Joshua did" not" give the people of God such a rest as to make it improper to speak of a "rest" after that time. "If Joshua had given them a complete and final rest; if by his conducting them to the promised land all had been done which had been contemplated by the promise, then it would not have been alluded to again, as it was in the time of David." Joshua "did" give them a rest in the promised land; but it was not all which was intended, and it did not exclude the promise of another and more important rest. Then would he not - Then "God" would not have spoken of another time when that rest could be obtained. The "other day" here referred to is that which is mentioned before by the phrase "today," and refers to the time in which it is spoken of long after Joshua, to wit, in the time of David. To understand this better, read Heb 4 from verse 1. To back this up, check for the meaning of 'Joshua'. Here, From the Hebrew name (Yehoshu'a) meaning "YAHWEH is salvation". It also means "more than that" I got the excerpt below from an Hebrew Bible Etymology of the name Joshuahttp://www.abarim-publications.com/Meaning/Joshua.html#.VQrgt9LF_l8 In all, 'Joshua' is the old Testament form of 'Jesus'. This implies that the names mean the same, this was specifically why "Christ" was added to one, to distinguish both characters. Hope I helped .Shalom NB: The 'Jesus'/'Joshua' being referred to in Heb 4:8 is the Son of Nun who was Moses' minister (servant). |
Yes, Francizy, It will be on my head if things go wrong under GMB and we would endure for 4 straight years until election time. I have walked the path before by voting GEJ and I believe it's not of any benefit to myself and the common man who barely boast of 2 meals. Honestly, I never recalled you asked us o drawn comparisons and if at all you did, please believe I didn't see it. This is not chickening out but I believe there's nothing to debate over as to who should be the President. Above man, if God says it's GEJ, then fine and if God says it's GMB this time, then so be it. Our choices differ and we understand why one of these two should rule us. |
kestolove95:Please stop this |
okonkwo44:It's a matter of decision and standing up for what you believe in. It's as simple as that. Just like you'll vote who you will, I'll do the same. . Lovat, let's not hate here, please. It's politics and opinions are meant to differ. I'm never a tribalist and I'll degrade myself into becoming one. If you're referring to my thread on the extortions of the 'Alaga Iduro/Ijoko', then understand is merely my opinion and I had no intention or whatsoever in looking down on people, both small and great. A certain lady went tribalistic and I discovered she has been that way judging by her posts. Politics is one thing, hates and sentiments are another. Have a wonderful day ![]() |
Omooba77:True, they got something else in return. A typical me is given to chance. However, it would be right to say that the countries you mentioned are dominantly occupied by Muslims. I hate dragging religion into politics but please understand that the so-called Transformation agent is not a Christian in the real sense of it. He only remembers God when he intends to go public. Worst of all, CAN has been his tool in infiltrating the Church. This is not about religion but about a man that can best represent us, the masses. |
There's no deal in being single. As a matter of fact, it often comes with peace of mind, the freedom to do things at whenever and associate without thinking of how the other person would feel. It boosts one's self confidence if it is well dealt with. I think you should engage yourself with activities, hang out more and stay conscious of what attracts you to a guy. If you're an introvert, then it shouldn't be much of a surprise but if you're extroverted, then there's a problem. As long as guys come your way, then I guess the decision to remain single has been as a result not seeing those things you want in a guy. |
Omooba77:Sir, I am also a Minister of God and I'll tell you authoritatively that the body of Christ is largely divided, all thanks to the incumbent. The present administration is corrupt beyond repair and it's obvious to a baby even. Need I tell you that I'm also from the SS and my choice runs beyond sentiments. The hundreds of thousands of death in Nigeria over the last four years is extremely disturbing. And to think that the President remembered the families of these lost lives just weeks after the elections is distasteful. Prophets in the Scriptures meddled with politics, read your Bible well. What would make it a crime and injustice is to see that their support is rewarded with money and positions. CAN, particularly Ayo Oritsejafor are lost cause and are on their own. The Transformation of the President is greeted with the transformation of his fold and family. An average Nigerian has over 5 complains in a day. Electricity is a mirage and petroleum is seemingly becoming a luxury. We shouldn't deceive ourselves, Nigeria is on its knees and the present administraion has no answer. I hope you've been reading PEJ's speeches of late? Religious sentiments aside, a Jonathan is not capable even if giver 3 tenures to make wrong the rights. |
I wouldn't be offended in any way should someone call me the son of my father's trade. It's a thing to be proud. Papa Amaechi has done a great job with tapping Palm Wine. He saw the need to see his son become something greater through education and he invested everything he had into it, now that is pride. FFK should shut up at every instance because he ropes himself most times. Your father's legacy have dwindled all because of your laundering and sing abilities. THE DIFFERENCE: A Palm Wine tapper's son: A Charismatic Governor. A Nationalist's son: A Spokesman Late Victor Babaremilekun Adetokunboh Fani-Kayode, your son is a disgrace to sons! What a man! |
Y'all needed to see the stunts these OPC guys pulled at the Toll Gate on Monday. It was freakishly intimidating. What the OP captured is obviously little compared to the real deal. |
The Change we seek is near! Now we March! |
BiHung:Hehehehehe! You're not well, abeg! ![]() |
Yungwizzzy:Hehehehehe! . It won't be a crime if we read it verbatim na . Even the edited ones often result to severe headaches. Imagine what the raw material would be like then ![]() |
He's a CASH COW. They made him a patron because they need his money. |
Hahahahaha! Money ke? Jonathan and co have more than any ritualist can ever make. Not rituals abeg... something else. GEJ is an Ogboni man nau. |
The media is being unfair. You cannot quote someone when you have doctored/enhanced their statement(s). They should publish her bullet the way she shoots them, biko. BTW, she has been placing emphasis on this jail issue and it's somewhat disturbing because we know the General will not go after the common man but those who have been compromised. |
He has been used ![]() RIP to the dead though. |
Lolz... The answer is simple! These set of people are not regarded as "feelers". They're never at the receiving end of the cane. What the PDP and GEJ do not understand is that they are mere groups who represent themselves. Hence, the reality of those that will vote in the elections has dawned on them and now they're trying everything humanly possible to please the masses that have armed themselves with their PVCs. GEJ, on the other hand is not ready . |
Hahahaha! This is EPIC! Imagine Gani Adams moving to Otuoke with Jonathan. ![]() |
This man is working tirelessly and I admire that in him. God bless the incoming Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria! |
AMEN |
I can't believe someone actually used the word 'priceless and cheap' at a time. That something is priceless means that it cannot be bought. OP, I also believe you need to look up more on the word 'tradition'. |
