It would fly once a court has stamped the affidavit
That's very funny. Because of 250 naira stamped letter with flimsy evidences ?

How will it fly when it contravenes most requirements required for sppnsorship.

I will advise you to repackage again and not waste this chance

My advice though

Sincere this is a tough one.

Without even looking at your other circumstances like your age, course, your personal present situation in Nigeria, I will advise you not to apply with these kind of evidence.

It is not convincing and there is high probability it won't fly.

Yes the person is willing to add pays slips as proof of income in the affidavit.

It is genuine Alright but the payment of the school won't be from the fixed account. It'd be paid separately but payslips with the company letter head would be attached to prove the genuineness. Would it be a red flag if the fees payment comes from a different account that isn't the account of the SOA?
It doesn't matter where you pay your fee from.

It seems you not linking these properly.

You mentioning payslips means the sponsor is employed.

1) why you not attaching the salary account of the sponsor to show his salary ?

2) in whose name is the fixed deposit ?

3) what's the relationship between you and the sponsor ?

Good evening fam. Please I wanna know if a fixed deposit of 8 million naira would be good enough for SOA that is after paying for part of the school feels and others? Also can anybody help me with a template of what the affidavit of the sponsor that is bringing the SOA would look like.
Please any answer to my questions would be appreciated.
The major thing you thing to tackle after the soa of 8m is the documentary evidence of the source of that funds and guarantee that more can still come from there while studying to support you.

This is just coming in...

From a reliable source, I gathered that the recent delay in Student Visa, has been as a result of Fraudulent bank statements from West Africa. I'm unable to ascertain if this might be the only reason for the delay...
LOL. Reliable source, you mean one of the case officers in Pretoria ? That might false because everyone knows they will verify your documents to the least.

Simple reason for the delay is because of flooding of applications for study visa during this period. I have never seen so many people apply for Australia visa before.

Lots of Nigerians got study visas late last year and this February, this has encourage lots of applicants to submit more especially those that have been refused by Canada in the past.

Most Nigerians that got the visa during that period didn't go to the schools and most just transferred to other schools.

The pretoria office also process study visas for Nigerians and west africans living in diaspora

More Nigerians are desperate to travel abroad recently and most are seeking study route.

The same office also process study visa for other applicants from other countries, so it's a lot of work and it will take grace and quality of applications to get grants this July 2017

Bad news is that lots of applications will be denied this July 2017 and it has started happening. There are lots of reasons to refuse a study visa and the flooding by applicants won't help genuine applicants.

I will advise applicants to apply for a course that is related to their education and experience.

The purpose of study visa is for you to go and study and not PR. If you want PR, there are lots of options in skill select.

These case officers are south Africans, they are smart and they know us, you can't have a background in economics or cooking and you submitting visa application for bsc nursing.

Most people want PR, but don't tailor your study visa applications towards that line.

At least keep your intentions for PR untill you get your visa.

All the best.

Once you are legally married, he will be on a temporary visa and he cannot be deported.

It is even easier for him now based on his current status as a legal migrant.

How do you think guys on visitor visa remain in the system.

thank you.
Go through this forum, you can get one or two points.

You have family in australia, so you should have more info about life and most stuffs in australia.

To gain admission, you can search Google or ask your family to give you schools that are in their region.

You will have access to more info from your family already in the system.

i made a deposit of AUD8350 in RMIT b4 getting my COE. but DIBP instructed me to deposit AUD60,000 in my bank
AL1 schools have been reviewed in March but they are not publishing it due to effect on the schools and application patterns.

RMIT was lenient requesting for less than 9k aud for deposit even when tuition fee deposit should have been above 16k aud for the semester.

Students took advantage of it during the February intake and most got visas and transferred to other schools while some didn't even resume.

That's bad and most students that apply to RMIT now should be ready because DIBP will probably request soa before approvals because of that risk

can someone who doesn't bear the same surname with u, act as a sponsor, will his soa be accepted by the embassy?
There must be a relationship between the student and the sponsor

Most schools now screen student using some forms to determine your source of funds and sponsorship.

If they are not satisfied, they won't issue COE for visa applications.

Sister in law isn't strong enough but you can give it a shot, the school might even reject it as not meeting GTE criteria.

Yes you can use more than one account.

So far it shows funds available and evidence of relationship between the student and the sponsor.

Good evening housr ,pls I am new on this thread,I want to know how I can go for masters in nursing in Australia, being a graduate of environmental biology already.I need ur response Qukick please
This is a red flag for GTE as your background is not related to nursing and it will be assumed that your utmost intention is PR and not studies.

All kinds of people from different background going for nursing and the schools and embassies waiting for them.

Though if you have related experience and previous studies, you can try.

Yes you right.

If the student is studying a masters degree (coursework or research) or a doctorate degree the partner will have full and unlimited work rights.

It's better to go together with your spouse if you have one. she can work for an unlimited time. You will be able to work for only 40hours per fortnight during school session.
The conditions on the primary applicants visa applies to his dependants and secondary applicants.

You certain she is not limited to same 40hours every fortnight ?

Can any one please help, I tried to make payment to Deakin university through first bank, I filled payment instruction from through the Deakin site and I had this
beneficiary name: Western Union Business Solutions Beneficiary acc no: 8901309192
Beneficiary add: Level 12 1 Margaret Street Sydney, New South Wales, 2000 The Bank of New York Mellon

But bank is saying it's impossible to pay into western union business solution. please how do I go about this cos am really confused.

Thanks in anticipation.
Please don't mail the school that Nigeria is having forex issues, it is untrue and you will be creating hardship for other students as the school will be more sceptical about Nigerian students meeting payments.

That's deakin method of payment unless you want to use credit card to make payment directly.

Go to your bank head office, most of all these bank branches knows little about this Form A and other specialised services.

Loads of students have used gtbank, stanbic, sterling and the rest to make payment via western union solution to deakin.

Either the funds belong to pdp or apc, kudos to EFCC and magu

The best achievements of this present administration is the area of funds recovering and professionalism of this EFCC.

If it were to be a sane country, we will all be protesting profusely why the Senate's are not confirming magu

All our politicians needs psychiatric evaluation.

Be careful next time

That's misleading info, UNE Isn't AL1 at all. If you want to know how to check which level of assessment unis fall under, use the link provided by Westafrican.
This is what i do and i am certain of that information. Nigeria (country) is on AL3 and UNE (Institution) is AL1, Therefore applicants from Nigeria will be assessed on AL1

This is a public forum and we all need to be careful with information we provide as saying things we are not sure of can cause harm to others.

It is better you check info well before you accuse someone of providing misleading info as your accusation will confuse others.

Yes it adviceable not to have money lodgment but if you do, you can cover yourself by having your sponsor write a letter of sponsorship and that he has deposited some funds in your account for the purpose of your studies. Hopefully the money lodgement doesn't come from many different sources.

Yes anyone can sponsor you only if you have applied as an AL1 applicant.

The total balance in your account does not really matter thou you need to have a constant inflow and outflow of funds and a reasonable amount of money as a closing balance.
Not anyone can sponsor. The only acceptable sponsors are Your parents, spouse, sisters and brothers, uncle or aunt (PR or citizen of Oz or nz).

Even in the GTE forms or acceptance forms, most universities list the sponsor options there.

The information I gave is a fact based on my experiences and it depends on applicants to choose their path.

I won't talk about it again as i feel it is wrong to encourage people to lie but that information is not misleading as it is based on numerous practical experiences.
