Nigeria’s problem started from its leadership deliberately creating poor institutions and this cascaded to its citizen.

Our Leaders are lucky and grateful that it’s citizens are very forgetful

How long have you known each other ?

What’s both of you personality ?

It is always better if the man is the one working and the wife is studying and looking after the kids.

Living abroad as a married couple is a huge huge difference to living in Nigeria.

The wife you know in Nigeria is different when she arrives abroad.

The most important DOES SHE HAVE THE FEAR OF GOD ?

I understand the reason why you paid that kind of money for visa but I don’t understand why you paid that kind of money for Chicken.

It’s very hard to get any country visa in Nigeria especially if you are young and have no previous travel experiences.

If you can afford 1m for chicken why can’t you save more money and go to better counters like UK, Australia or Western Europe to further tour studies and empower yourself professionally.

I have mentioned to someone recently that I lost hope in Nigeria when I started reading how our youths respond to national issues.

Jacseyi:

I have gone through people's comments up to page 5, and I can boldly conclude that this platform is a home to hopeless and frustrated young Nigerians. If Nigerian leaders are wise, they need to sanitized the internet space as soon as possible. The Chinese method would be perfect!

The old man has spent most of his lifetime already and never consider the danger of such judgement against fellow Nigerians who struggle day and night just to find something to eat. The most sad and unfortunate part is that "it is against the constitution for him rendering such service", yet we have some people here turning it to tribal issue....

I did reapplied on 31/7/2017 and response came 31/8/2017.

I realized that the initial application was denied purposely, cos the only thing I did differently now was to provide photographs of previous conference and a letter was sent by the conference organizers that I was at the previous conference.

The same guy that denied me, was the same that granted me.

Never give up, but just make sure when you come to equity, come with clean hands grin

Do u mean the 3 of us can travel together?
At same time?

Or should I go alone first n have em join me later?
Heard it will n 2years be they can join me

Three of you can apply together, the reason why it is advisable to get your grant first before apply for family member is because of increased scrutiny of your application like bank statements and more evidences.

But if you apply alone and get the grant, you can apply for them immediately and you can all still travel together if there visa comes out in time before you leave.

people wait for for months because the insurance is expensive for families.

Applicants should always do their very best and leave the rest for our Lord Jesus Christ. No body should package application poorly and expect grace to speak for him and in my opinion that would be laziness and a total waste of money cos God can not be mocked nor fooled. He knows it all. Cheers

I think you should tell this to the guy that posted no matter your document, just pray and believe in God and the grants will fall on you.

Advice to y'all...do not mind those excuses given for rejection of visa by aussie embassy because the documents some of those people that were granted visa presented didn't have half of the quality yours have. it doesn't also mean they are better than you. everything in life takes the grace of GOD. know GOD, pray to Him because only for knowing JESUS truly and believing in Him can make Him compel men to favour you. in otherwords JESUS can make the embassy give you your visa without stress no matter what your documents says...whether you're young or old, whether your course is allowed or not, whether your sop is strong or not. All those things doesn't matter. all you need to do is sincerely place your documents in the hands of JESUS and let him settle your case. do that and I bet you, you will never be denied visa no matter the circumstances...I repeat, you will never be denied visa no matter the circumstances. children of the most high God no dey carry last.

LMAO... my belle oo.. are you for real Iamphilvitalis ?

No matter your documents, pray and and believe in God and visa will be granted.

We all need Favour and luck to succeed in life but we must always do the right thing.

Advice to visa applicants.

In your own interest, do not read the bolded unless you wan fall inside gutter oo.

Package quality application before you start praying for luck oooo. You will be granted visa based on your application and luck.

Visa refusals causes depression, so please do the right thing before the you pray oo.

One of their several reasons was my age and that i was young and since my sister already has PR it will discourage me from coming back to Nigeria after my studies since i have just my immediate family here in Nigeria.

And secondly that i could always study my proposed course in Nigeria, my proposed course was Diploma in Entrepreneur.

this was the main reasons among others tho.

The key to getting Grant for applicants from countries like nigeria is to convince the case officers that you are genuine by choosing courses that is related your qualification and work experiences.

When you arrive, you can change to course that suits you but on same level (you cannot get visa as an Msc student and change to bsc)

Based on the info here and the timeline of your application, it is obvious the CO did not even second guess the application. smiley

Maybe if you were between 17 to 22 years, the diploma in entrepreneur might have been justified and a strong sop would have been written.

For biz visa, 34,400 for the visa fee and 7430 as service fee.

The visa fee for visitor visa which include business and tourism stream is 140 AUD, you will require to have equivalent of 120 USD (44,000 naira) for the transaction to go through.

Australia changes laws every july and as a result of the recent change of laws someone in australia just told me that australia no longer allow admissions to be given to international students by polytechnics and colleges. They only give admission to university applicants now. truth be told I don't know how to believe it but is this true

The information is wrong and misleading. Students are huge source of revenue for governments in UK, Australia, USA and Canada due to students surge.

Colleges and tafes have more stringent requirement from students and their GTE requirement are more complex. Due to their low tuition, most students take advantage of it by not attending the schools on arrival which affects the schools assessment level.

I am confused about this SOA issue, the inflow and outflow of the account I want to use is up to 4 mill/month,but the money hardly lodges in the acc for a long period of time cos the person trades with the money.last time I checked, the closing balance for the month was 1.5mill.
Pls am asking will this pull through?

You cannot put through and dont waste your chance by applying with that SOA

Please, I have questions based on my profile.
I have been denied US visa, twice in 2009 and once in 2012. First denial was on educational purposes while second was on visiting.
I have also be denied UK visa in 2008 based on the submission of falsified WAEC document which i wasn't aware of. I applied again in 2010 and was also denied based on the first denier. The second denier stated,a 10 years ban have been applied since my first denier.
I have then studied in Cyprus for my Bsc and graduated with a 1st class in 2013. I have also been to Germany for visit in 2012.
MY QUESTION: I am planning to go for my Msc in Australia for Febuary 2018. Hope the UK and US denier wont affect my VISA application?

Are the two refusals big deal ?

Yes they are, the case officer will be more sceptical of your application due to past immigration history but the fact it was a long time, it can be assumed that your profile has improved greatly and your circumstance have changed.

What you can do ?

Notify them of both refusals. Make sure your masters course is very related to your previous background and current work experience. You should be able to write a strong SOP and make sure you emphasis your past studies abroad, your academic excellence including your previous trips abroad after both refusals.

You are very right.

see the reason given in my case

I note that wish to travel to attend the 10th ICVPME 2017 from 4-6 September 2017. I have taken into account that you have not provided evidence of travel to a comparable country for similar international events

But this is a clear lie.

My Passport shows UAE, Schengen and Japan. In fact the Tokyo trip was for the 9th ICVPME, whilst my application now is for the 10th edition in Sydney. How on earth would he still claim I've never attended a similar international conference?

I intend to fight them, they can keep their Visa but the lie that I haven't attended must be fought.

He further said

Questions About this Decision
No further assessment of this visa application can be taken at this office.

I have read your refusal and i feel for you and I also understand how you feel.

That is their way when they dont want to issue their visa even when you meet all the requirements.

Australia embassy hardly issue grants to tourist or conference participants from Nigeria and the major reason is because 90 percent do not leave Australia. But in the past they do issue to applicants with your travel experiences.

They have chart they keep records of visa issued and applicants that failed to complied with their visas, my brother Nigerians statistic is extremely bad.

I will advise you not to reapply as it will show desperation and there is little chance that they will grant.

Thank God for their high tuition and assessment level that is helping our students get study grants.

Hello house. A second opinion woud be well appreciated.
Got my visa grant yest monday 24th July 2017 which apparently was my latest start date. I sent school an email yesterday for a further extention informing them of my arrival later this week as the delay was due from the embassy. They responded saying that i should not go ahead with my travel plans that the faculty is not accepting further late enrollments. As such, my recored has been automatically deffered to the nearest enrollement date which is oct/Nov and i was informed abt the issuance of a new coe in few days.
I'm really divaststed and confused right now as to what next to do.
Could i go to autralia now work before study commence in nov?

Congratulations Dotter8,

Your school would have cancelled your COE by now for non appearance for class, so please dont travel unless you have gotten another COE and you have informed DIBP accordingly.

October is around the corner, and you can travel by september.

Inform your school for new COE and inform DIBP, plsssssssss

Pharmaceuticals industry pay that much at that level ? I wonder how much seniors with 7 years experience will earn in that your company.

Why you considering traveling abroad sef when you can continue to gather experiences and building your career while increasing your bucks.

You wont be able to earn good money and work in your desired field in canada untill you complete your studies and have a PR.

Keep your job and save your money. Go through the Canada PR route, pharmacist have good chances of getting skilled visa.

I find it hard to believe your industry pay that much at your level.

Those Canadians at d immigration section no be mater to talk in d morning seff. D are just crazy people. I submitted my app in May 2016 for sept 12 2016 intake, I never heard from dem till 0ctober 2016. No email, no contact... U can imagine . I sent Emil n even extended my admission to Jan. But I was still refused. Reason: d CO said she abi he no d sure I will leave Canada after my studies.

Nah their way despite the fact they just tick refusal reason on a template form.

They are very lazy people and thats the way they behave in their country too. Even their schools too.

UK is the most efficient despite processing loads of applications year round.

Australia too is not that bad, the surge for july is crazy and i feel they are done with the processong of these applications and they are just assessing maybe the migration impact of granting the visas.

They have confirmed some bank statements and documents over a month a go and still no decision.
