Many blacksmiths labored over hot fires forging axes and hoes to do the job of farming. It is drought that are forcing herdsman to invade the land that isn't affected. Cattle need fertile land to graze and the North is drying up rapidly. What has not happened in the Government is a scientific solution to the dried up land, actually the promotion of, when a solution actually exists. You can not have animal herds where farmland exists because the animals will eat up all the vegetation. Vegetation is needed to re-grow vegetation and the fertilize the soil.
