Now, I suppose I understand the circumstance birthing the question. Let me be brief. If a person on the forum is ALLOWED to cuss other members and different people of the country to PROMOTE traffic, an action can find its way in the breach of public peace. Where EVERYONE spread hate speeches and NOTHING is done to curb it, it vests the said outfit with the garment of one created for the purpose of spreading and promoting hate. If one can SEE that the OWNER PURPOSELY ignored the anomaly, there is a cause of action by a person or group of people affected. HOWEVER, you should pay attention to the capitalized words and phrases. They are factors that must be established to exist before instituting such action. It is hard to show that a forum that bans people making offensive comments and screen certain words is PURPOSELY promoting such, but it is not IMPOSSIBLE.

The President is a Fulani man and a hardcore tribalist. Not that loving your tribe is bad but ignoring the evil from your tribe is. Why would he do that? Why would an ethnic bigot do anything to harm his people? Why would the Grand Patron of the people constituting a threat to lives hold them ransom for anything? If this was by the IPOB or any other group the response would have been different. Some persons would have been shot dead and nothing will be done about it. How was it easy to call IPOB, who have not shot or killed anyone, a terrorist organization, but hard for Fulani Herdsmen who’ve have killed many Nigerians and destroyed many lands to be labelled Terrorist? How did we even make someone like that the President? The truth is, if we want President Buhari to act we may have to change the name of these herdsmen to Biafran herdsmen. Or Shiite Muslim Herdsmen.

I still feel the necessary questions to ensure clarity and understanding of the said hate, circumstance it is promoted, the nature of the hate and whether it is even hate are yet to be answered. If you're the one who wants to sue here, I have not seen how you have the legal right to sue. You admitted that you're a visitor (you're not affected by the said hate), and you have not stated that the people against whom hate is being promoted have approached you to take up their case. I think we need to be more clear. If it bothers on human rights, then any member of the public can take it up, but this is not. Or maybe, if you explain better, it can be.

Also note, if the sais hate is the type on Nairaland i.e tribal bashing and those crass remarks, you cannot sue Nairaland or Seun Osewa. Ordinarily, each member of a forum like this is solely responsible for whatever he or she posts and the consequence. This was even made clear by the content you'll see prior to making any post. An outfit of this type cannot be in control of the thought and expression of its members or visitors. The best it can do is to review each post, which I notice is done automatically by the screening of words like "I.diots". From the number of posts that are written daily, the review articles in news websites get prior to publishing cannot apply here. So, again, I ask for a detailed explanation.

What about a case where it is evident the forum or website is encouraging the hatred? A situation where words like 'Idiot.s' can be reviewed but aren't reviewed. Where a person cusses the members and different people of the country and he's allowed to continue just for traffic. Where everyone spread hate speeches among themselves and nothing is done to curb it. What if you can see that it is purposely ignored by the owner of the site or forum. Is it still impossible? Thank you, so far.

I doubt those guys carried drugs. The hatred Asians have for Blacks is out of this world. Yet, we worship their gods and visit their holy sites. I always preach peaceful co-existence in Oyo State and Nigeria as a whole. I've read the first news carefully. The second carefully and this one very carefully too. No where was Pastor or Fake Pastor mentioned. I don't get it. What's happening here?
