Pls I want to confirm,when recruited by Work force ,is it like a contract job (you are under the mgt of workforce)or are there possible ways their only function is to recruit for the organization and then hand over the staff to the organization.
I have heard lots about recruiting firm,and wouldn't want to be under their scope.

It's both. They outsource and recruit for companies.

One. They have job seekers whose documents they are privy to. They've interviewed these job seekers and found them worthy to be in those roles. So, once a company needs some outsourcing services, they simply call those job seekers and offer them employment. The company pays to Workforce, they divide the salary in some ratio and offer the job seeker a part.

Two. A company may be too busy or need their assistance in employing some persons and Workforce simply serves as recruiters. In this case, there's usually no documentation and their are usually stages until the number of job seekers are reduced to just a few that'd see the company's HR or rep for final interview.

How do you know if you are working for the outsourcing company, Workforce, or the company where you work?

Simple. Documentation. Workforce will document your files if they are employing you and ask you for things like Referee, Guarantor, National ID Card, and other stressful things. If they don't ask for this, they are simply helping the company recruit. You have to attend the interview to know.

The reason Africa is behind in this modern world is the loss of self value given wings by a general poor knowledge of history. The reason Africa still accepts aids from donors all over the world is simply because the spirit of a typical African has been weakened by an inferior complex springing from a prolonged mental damage exercise.

Pride of being and race that push a community to preserve and advance itself were replaced at a certain point in our history by shame and disgust for self. As a result, the value we placed on human life fell. The value we placed on African lives fell.

This is why their is corruption among the African political elite and a mediocrity tussle in her masses. It is the reason why a human being, with a functional human brain, travels outside the continent, sees the level of development, quality and the standard of living there, goes back home and still steals more money to have that experience again.

He has no faith in himself or his people to reach the level of growth he sees overseas and his attitude further tightens the grip of retardation in the minds of other Africans who look up to him. We have to reconnect to our great past. When we had great respect and love for African lives.

The history of Africa, showing her strengths, must be broadcasted if the minds of Africans must be reprogrammed and elevated to reach the light. The leaders must show good intellectual behaviour and try to imprint them on the minds of the population. Corruption is just an offshoot.
