New Alter policy. Hit or Miss or not Quite. I see their reason.

Neverlosemoney:
Absolutely not!!! If you stake a coiń with Annual interest rate of 37% for 15days your return would be

Mathematically,
Converting year to days 1year = 365days

365days = 37%
15days = X%

Cross multiply,

365 * X% = 15 * 37 ;
Find X X% = 15 * 37 divided by 365
X = 1.52%

After 15 days of staking at an annual rate of 37%, you will be given an interest of 1.52% for staking for just 15days, totally rubbish!!!!!!!!

Lol. Thanks. Rubbish indeed. But is there no way to win in staking?

Guys, what's staking about on Binance? If you stake a coin that is 37 interest rate in 15 days does that mean that 37 percent of your stake along with your stake will be given to you? And why is it referred to as Annualised Interest Rate? Thanks.

HIScraziness:
I use BTC payment brotherly

Lol. Smh.

Is there a problem...?

Chill. You'd get your money. Fear not. Contact the admin or Laszlo on NP.

HIScraziness:
Need to change Dan payment from crypto to my domiciliary acc with the way beeteecee is dancing down the pole

Lol. USDT is forever safe. Fear not.

Matic still bullish. But for how long before it joins others? Lol

Snowpiercer:
Good day bosses ..I left this business about a year ago to focus on school and stuff ...about 16 days ago , I made a transfer of about 90k to the wrong bundle address not entirely my fault in this case and that was almost my entire savings since the middle of last year ... bundle Africa didn't handle it on time only for me to be told today that the money was sent to a wrong address ...I have only 7k in my account right now .. I'd like to out to put it to good use by relearning things and try to recover my money lost ..so I'd appreciate any resource or any form of mentorship by anyone here..thank you

You don't need money to relearn. You can also learn without a mentor. Read the thread and ask questions where you are lost.

FoamForBed, meaning foam mattress for bed upholstery....
Please bro is there anything wrong, anything is accepted...

Please advise

I'm sorry but the name is pointless. I won't buy it or even encourage anyone to buy it.

"Yes I am interested"
That's after my outbound.

Tell him how to get it and then ask him how he'd like to proceed.

fergusen:
I don't understand this your statement. Explain abeg

Lol. This only happens when you don't understand it. At this point, I can't leave domaining till I die. I can say I've learnt almost everything about it (about 70%) in less than a year. And that's because I knew what I needed. You can't fail in domaining if you understand it. It's not possible. Dude doesn't understand it and doesn't act like he wants to.

Isaacmacdon:
Hey fellow SH domainers.
I'd like to get your thoughts about this stage of registration.

Do I have to put my profile picture?
Likewise my country and street address?

I'm asking as a result of the perception of Nigerians by certain online companies.

Yes. Put every real thing. Fear nothing.

fergusen:

I bet you spent a considerable amount of time studying both marketplaces
In terms of naming style, I've seen more success on Alter with names that end with 'IX':
Example:
Root word: Patrol
Add 'IX' suffix = P.a.t.r.o.l.i.x
Getting two words brandables accepted on Alter has been next to impossible. Partly because (I think) almost all meaningful two words combos are already registered, and I usually submit unregistered names for review. I won't be surprised if majority of two words combo names on Alter are NOT recent handregs.

For Squadhelp, I have come to discover they are less strict when it comes to seller owned/registered. Since they would not be bearing the cost of renewal and other related liabilities.

About 80% of my SH portfolio are two word combos. But Alter... Those guys seems to like names like Franknol, Dettol, butol, Kubota . .
And those kind of names are not in line with my brandable investing Strategy. I like brandables with obvious keywords. They seem to sell well on SH. The SH marketplace insight (available to Silver members and above), lends credence to this fact.
Alter is trying. But I think the commission they take (10%) is limiting them from going all out in terms of marketing. That 10% is not sustainable. When you look at how much effort SH puts in getting our names out for end user view and consideration, you'll wonder if Alter can go that far, with the paltry 10% they take.

I agree with all you wrote. Everything.

2horsePOWER:
daaz.com
I sold a name there.
Was asked to choose between wire transfer or PayPal

Okay. Tell me when you are ready.

2horsePOWER:
The funds?.
It's from daaz

Daaz? What's that?

fergusen:
SH has been slow with approvals. I struggled to add 10 more names. Now 70 premiums.
I've been exploring Alter also. Got a couple of names there.

Good for you. Mine is now the other way round. Now have over 80 accepted on Alter. The goal was hundred. But it's now time to build my SH portfolio. The whole thing now seems very easy to me. One already accepted last week, three submitted and two of those should be accepted. Lol.

2horsePOWER:
Who can help receive paypal funds 50$?

And how can we be sure it is legit?

I want to own Cure Virus, Khalifa. Lol. Strange to see such good names available.

HIScraziness:

Too bad. Seems you can only change to Crypto when you have something to withdraw.

crysmile:
Interesting topic about making money from domain names. I have heard that phishing sites often use this technique to steal data. It is especially common among casinos and online lotteries. Do not advise anyone to do so. Just if you want to play, then choose a reliable and trusted providers.

Which technique, Oga?

Safeday:
Wow
That's really low
Thanks tho

Yeah.

HIScraziness:

ChiefOlabowla:
That's way too less compared to how they sell to us when we buy domain names with our naira card.
Why not receive your payment via BTC and use Binance P2P to get the naira equivalent at 480-492 naira to a dollar.

Or better still open a domiciliary account with your bank and supply the details to DAN.
You will get the exact dollar equivalent to your account. You can sell to an aboki at 450+ per dollar

Exactly. Crypto is better just that I always forget to change payment and before you know it you get 'we've sent you $...' Let me even do that now. Domiciliary account will come soon. I just opened Kuda. Is there anyway to link a dollar account to it? Someone told me something like that.
