Quoting in such case means the writer doesn't really mean the exact thing he wrote. It can also be used to indicate that the word does not really exit. Whatever!

Besides, why don't you take your time and check the profiles of most of us appreciating him. Some of us have been on NL for some months or even years, we comment on other things here too and are even building a good image for ourselves on and outside of this forum.

Two great songs - great lyrics, good voices. It will be hard for me to choose one because they both pass good messages.

Lots of people here don't know how condominiums (condos) work. No wonder, these artistes keep feeding on people's ignorance.
From the way condos are sold and bought and the manner P-square stylishly put their claim, the 3 of them only bought an apartment (the 28th floor) and make it look good, which I think is wise and good of them... but it is not worth shouting about (someone even wanted to do money ritual because of this). I collected money from Freelancer through Hisenjos today and it was fast, smooth and easy.
I have no reason to use someone else from now on.

My people, I will like to give the latest development on an issue I brought here last week about a guy I was working with who created milestone, but not ready to release them saying he will only do that after the whole project is completed.
As I was advised, I asked him to release the milestones, and I even requested for milestone release officially. But now, he has gone ahead to dispute my whole works, saying he will return my previous writings (after sending that to him over two days ago). He wants to run away with the money.
I have responded to the dispute, putting some claims forward to freelancer, but I am skeptical, I heard freelancerdotcom favours employer more than employees. I guess it is all going to be wasted efforts. It is a shame that people can decide to let people work but fail to pay them.
I am learning.

Have you submitted the first 2 batches? If not, submit them and request for their milestones. If you have already submitted the first two, kindly tell him that you will start work on the 3rd batch only after he has released the 2 milestones, AND created the 3rd milestone. Also let him know that delay in setting milestones will also change your original delivery time.

I think I will just tell him to release them now...
...and to make the matter worse, he is an Indian.
I guess I am dulling myself already!

I have a question, I don't know if anyone has experienced something familiar. I am currently working for a client and the project is going to be in 7 batches, he has created 2 milestones for the first two batches done, but he said he will only release the milestones after the 7 batches must have been completed (that should be in about 4-5 days)
I am worried. is it possible that he will refuse to release the milestones after the whole project has been completed? what are problems that may arise if I go ahead with this project?
