Having read a couple of threads here on NL where people are rejected / discriminated because of their height(mostly shortness), I want to survey individual 's preference when it comes to dating and heights. Which of these categories do u fall into: A . My partner must be specifically taller/shorter than me by ____inches/cm( range might be given here ) B . As long as he/she is taller/shorter than me, it doesn't matter how much. C. I am indifferent about height i.e anything goes. Let's have your opinion. |

carefreewannabe: where in the Bible is it written that it is for married people?Really From the passage you quoted out from d Bible, :1 Corinthians 7:12 But to the rest speak I, not the Lord: If any brother hath a wife that believeth not, and she be pleased to dwell with him, let him not put her away. the word 'wife' is clearly written in that verse, and I don't know when the Bible starts referring to unmarried people as husband and wife, if u do, kindly let me know. |
...from the way Muslims are spewing rubbish here, you can actually deduce why those Christians are prostesting. So much violence for a religion! |
smh... these people don't even know how to protest, why did they protest with Bible and hymnal book when they could have done it the way of our 'peace-loving' brethren that do protest peacefully with bombs and other ammunition. |

...that your offsprings would likely be AS or so. It's the safest compatibility for SS carrier like your fiancee. Just hope you are rrady to stand by her side during her crisis. |
carefreewannabe: To the rest I say (I, not the Lord) that if any brother has a wife who is an unbeliever, and she consents to live with him, he should not divorce her. If any woman has a husband who is an unbeliever, and he consents to live with her, she should not divorce him. For the unbelieving husband is made holy because of his wife, and the unbelieving wife is made holy because of her husband. Otherwise your children would be unclean, but as it is, they are holy. But if the unbelieving partner separates, let it be so. In such cases the brother or sister is not enslaved. God has called you to peace. For how do you know, wife, whether you will save your husband? Or how do you know, husband, whether you will save your wife?sorry for quoting the whole post. The verse is actually meant for married people in which either of the husband or wife change his or her religious belief. e.g may be the the wife converts to Christianity or the husband looses faith in religion. In that case, in the best interest of the person and children(if involved), the person may decide to stay. Divorce was emphasised in the passage but do unmarried people divorce? I think the best answer to this thread has been given by @vivly. |
