PhonesRe: Can I Get Any New Blackberry With A 35k Budget? by sashaa(op): 10:39pm On Jan 11, 2011
bestads:
let me ask ,are you employed or self-employed and why do you want to spend N35K to purchase a BB and be complaining of unemployement when that money is more than enough to start off a business in Nigeria.

I started selling used phones on a show glass with N17K in oct 2009 in Otigba after searching for job for over 3 years with my B.Eng and was using an expensive phone and i was advised to sell the phone to start up this business.

Today i have two shops in computer village and i employ eight people and i am almost finished building my three bedroom bungalow in ikorodu.

Buying expensive phones is foolish investment especially for students and job seekers, Be wise, that N35K you plan to use a buy a BB that can be stolen same day can change your life forever if properly invested, see my website below and see why SALARY IS SLAVERY
woa! Great advice! Thanx man.
I think you can get a curve 8520 for around that price (or 37k)
thanx, i'll check it out

Glo offer an extra 50mb data.
Mtn should be the worst cos u can only use d phone's web browser with it. Bolt, operamini etc. will not work!

FamilyRe: Annoying Spousal Habits by sashaa(f): 6:43pm On Dec 17, 2010
My bf's eating habits are just too annoying. He can eat a plate of food for up to an hour! Even somethn like indomie. He says he doesn't like to rush his food. Dats 1
2) he can eat anythn. Any type of meat, any weird combination of meals. Little wonder, i don't like to kiss him much.
3) he has zero dress sense while thinking he's da bomb in dat department

I'm really at dat point in my life, when i have absolutely no idea what to do. I finished my NYSC ten months ago and i've been looking for a job. I'm all for having ur own business and discovern one's own potentials. But, I CAN'T SEEM TO FIND MINE! its just so frustrating.
I always encourage my friends who seem to have found their own potentials to pursue it and not be bent on getting a white collar job. I'm just so confused!
you can be dark skin and be cool. See the lady's pics posted above yours? She's very dark skinned but cool colors (silver grey) look better on her than warm colors (brown. although the shiny fabric of the brown shirt looks nice on cool skin! think icy (cool) shiny).

if you are cool but you wear warm colors all the time, people will usually give you comments like "you look tired" etc

Even foundations use warm/cool color scheme. If you buy foundation at MAC, it will either be a NW or a NC. w= warm, c= cool. This makes all the difference in how you look!!
sorry, i actually meant cool colours. Thanks, i get the whole gist. I'll be following and be back for more!

I like this thread. I dont fully understand the colour scheme, though. Since I'm dark skinned, does it mean i should get clothings with warm colours only? Or can i choose the bright colours from the two pallets?
FashionRe: Why Do Nigerian Fashion Designers Use Foreign Names For Their Brands? by sashaa(f): 8:52pm On Dec 07, 2010
Are Xoxo, phat farm, baby phat etc people's names?
Poster, plz don't be quick to criticize. Like someone rightly said, its d foreign designers with cute names that use it for their lines. And i'm sure the same critics on this thread will be the ones to ignore stores like 'oladimedji olusegun' or 'okoronkwo okorafor' and walk into ones like 'Tiffany Amber'
