Not so fast my lady, coke is equally as bad as Hollandia you're about to choose. except they launched plain yoghurt into the market recently, what Hollandia has is flavoured yoghurt drinks from strawberry, chocolate, coconut and pinapple to whatever invention they might come up with. These contain ample amounts of sugars, emulsifiers, flavouring, sweeteners etc.

Plain yoghurt is an accquired taste no doubt, but worth it. Once in a while an Hollandia wont hurt, but in controlled amounts. I hope this helps.
