Chelsea also hasn't reinforced as they've only swapped Benayoun for Joe Cole. Everyone is now running after Small boys apart from Man City (the new money miss road merchants), Liverpool (and their Last big Payday Free agent contingent) and surprise, surprise Arsenal (buying proven players from other leagues and the PL too if Schwarzer's move goes through).
