Heloo all and medical experts in the house ,I am depressed and unhappy about my throat discomfort for over 3 months now ,I started having chest pressure 5 months ago later it degenerate to stabbing pain behind my left breastbone this happens for like 3 weeks but it stopped later starts another episode if heartburn and indigestion and acid reflux ,have taken omeprazole, ulcakit, cimetidine ,amoxyllin,azithromycin, different antacids they all reduce my heartburn it improves but there is this kind of throat discomfort am always having as if my thoriat want to contrast as if there is a tension in the middle of my throat it's very annoying and irritating most times it looks like choking as if someone is strangulating me,,sometimes it will not come for over 10 hours it will be free sometimes it comes but usually felt when I eat some certain food or drink water...if I take like for example vegetables I might not feel it ....Ths is so annoying and making me depressed please I need medical advise to what can give me a lasting solution..GOD BLESS

I reside in Port-Harcourt about 1 and half years ago Iost my cousin. He died of heart attack. After his death, his wife has been getting closer to me, always calling me and visiting me and am still single. I have had failed relationships in the past. I have been so unlucky with the kind of ladies I met. They are always violent and disrespectful which I dislike so much.

But during my cousins lifetime, she was so good, cool and caring to my cousin and they never had any misunderstanding and they married for just 6 years here in Port Harcourt before he died and they never had a child due to infertility on the side of the cousin. Am at a critical situation right now and I always feel depressed when I wake up from bed due to some shocking revelations I got three days ago

But today while chatting I notice my phone went off and after I charge it and on it I discovered all my chat history are all gone 🙃 both messages, pictures, files files videos

I was so nervous and don't know what to do right now am confused please gurus can I ever recover my previous messages itnwas just today messages am.seeing righ lt now and have tried to uninstall and re install whatapp but same thing pls help me out .

This sudden shock happened to someone I know
He was very hale and hearty and he went to bed after the normal day stress and activities but an hour to his sleep he started fighting for breath and was gasping till he breath his last breath ...

His death has left many of his friends and families in deep shock


There was never an health issue or complain till he died on last Thursday and his body has be deposited at the mortuary.


Please doctor in the house what causes sudden death of a health love ones ..we need more enlightenment on this for many people to learn from it
