JANK23H: It's obvious you know nothing about Nigeria. Those 'ijaws' in ondo are ijaws. They speak ijaw and call themselves ijaw, although sometimes they bear yoruba names because of where they find themselves. If you are old enough, you'll remember the ijaw-ilaje crises in the early nineties in Ondo state.
not sometimes MAJORITY IF NOT ALL THE TIME and they speak yoruba- im not here to force anyone to be ijaw yoruba or anything, amongst themselves they wil have different opinions. the ijaw zone is not possible, considering, how naija delta is shaped.

im only here on this thread to laugh not to argue wetin concern me?
PoliticsRe: Ijaw Rejects Six Zonal Structure by sbeezy8: 1:24am On Sep 11, 2012
One_Naira: Nonsense. Go force them na. Why are you fighting the good fight online. Go to Ondo state and force your ideology on them why don't you.

Nigeria: Power Generation Peaks at 3,422.4 Megawatts

BY EJIOFOR ALIKE, 13 JUNE 2012

Electricity generation from the three hydro stations; two steam-powered plants and 14 gas-fired power stations across the country was 3,422.4megawatts during eight-hourly duration peak Tuesday, with off-peak generation settling at 3,022.6mw within the period, THISDAY has gathered.

Power generation had hit its maximum at 4,162.2megawatts on January 6, 2012, before it dropped on account of low water levels at the hydro stations and dwindling gas supply to the power stations.
PoliticsRe: Barth Nnaji Resigns (Or Sacked) From Power Ministry? by sbeezy8: 2:02pm On Aug 29, 2012
He resigned because he didnt want EFCC to come after his yansh- he knew from the day he took the position that it will be conflict of interest. He owned interest in Power Companies and then took the position of power minister.<<--- thats corruption. He "transferred interest" to not get caught. Celia ibru Akingbola gave themselves loans from the banks that ran. only difference is NNaji was smart enough to resign. still dumb that took the job, but at least he didnt want to humiliate himself.

Majority of civil servants in developing countries are supposed to serve the public, not their businesses

Tension in Ogun as Muslims, traditionalists clash

i actually laughed at that article: i dont believe its true nigerian journalist like to exaggeratefor more reads of course but if it is...

the leader of the oro cult's name is BELLO- which means his family is most likely muslim. while he chose to otherwise.

JOKE OF CENTURY is that dumb article ^^^/ majority of yorubaland is/was muslim if not 50/50, i know this and im a christian.

I HAVE NEVER MET A YORUBA FAMILY THAT IS ORIGINALLY 100% CHRISTIAN aside from repat ex slaves, bensons, williams, etc , infact most christian i know have a grandfather/mother or 1 parent that is originally muslim.but i have known families that are 100% muslim or atleast have been muslim before christianity came.

I dont have any problem with government giving millions of dollars to these ex militants- afterall Oil will still flow- I DONT CARE. But what I dont like is that I HAVE many relatives and friends particularly from Ondo Edo Delta and cross river who are regular University graduates. they have tried to work in their state of origin but did not find real work, only to return to LAGOS.

ITS A SHAME- i just hope the youth in from oil areas dont see militancy as a means of living financially stable.

But...Duro O

Cecilia was a particular industry in a nation, But Sirleaf own na the NATION herself.

Liberian Apex Bank (SirLeaf pikin)
Their own NNPC (SirLeaf pikin)
National Security nko (SirLeaf pikin)

And who siddon for the national throne?

PoliticsRe: Salaries Of Niger-delta Militant Warlords Revealed by sbeezy8: 12:09am On Aug 23, 2012
PapaBrowne: Ok so these guys are paid like 50million dollars yearly. How is that a big deal? Or should they go back to the creeks? When they were in the creeks they were earning much more. Nigeria was producing just 700,000 barrels daily. Today we have added 2 million barrels to that. Because these guys are paid 50 million doillars yearly, we are now earning approximately 200 million dollars daily which is 70 billion dollars yearly.
My brother, it is only common sense to pay them. The FG doesn't have the capacity to manage another Niger Delta crises. The country will collapse in a second if that happens again. Trust me, this era is different from 2008. In 2008, we didn't have 18,000 as minimum wage neither did we have the Boko Haram scourge!
Anything to keep them off the creeks is just fine. Trust me that figure is way below the real figures. Over 1 Billion dollars is spent to keep them off the creeks. But it is worth every penny as we can see in our improved oil earnings!
Hypocrite

Disagree No one in Nigeria is sufferin for callin ibos names or anything. Igbos dont turn people away because of Money solely to benefit themselves. In other words (Money from Nigeria> Biafra). its obvious that business people need customers regardless of ethnicity. and please stop exciting urself igbos are not the most "peacful" or industrioushuh
