This is my first time to share a problem here and I will appreciate everyone's opinion please.

I have a gf that I've been with for some years now and everything has been going real fine. It was all merry going, though we've had few fights, but we always made up and the relationship continued.
.
The real problem started some time last year when we had misunderstanding and was not on talking terms for few days. I dogged deep and discovered that my gf is hooking up with another guy and from findings, I noticed it was just a fresh talk which now evolved because of our little quarrel.. I kept calm and waited for weekend to visit her and make up things with her and also to know why she acted that way..
.
When I went, I noticed she went out with this guy and even she came back..she didn't felt remorseful rather blamed everything on me and the issue we had during the week. I didn't loose my anger because of the love I have for her and tried working things up to make up with her...which was successful coupled with the fact that the guy later went back to school.
.
From then till now, she kept contact with the guy, but I wasn't bothered because our love was flourishing and rationally, I never expected them to be sudden enemies... but the issue began recently when I failed on a promise to visit her at her place and considering stuffs I was doing.
.
That was some days ago and since then she has been acting funny on phone and chats and I recently noticed that the guy is back from a romantic Fb post she made and tagged him.
.
Honestly, I am tired of my gf using the guy as a bait or threat to me and needs advice on what to
do to end that...

.

Sometime ago, I was scammed of huge amount due to the fact that the agent arranged with an elderly person to pose as the house owner even to the extent that I went directly to the man's house with the agent to pay and collect the receipts.
Weeks later, I went to start work there for packing in, lo and behold it was all scam, even the so called landlord wasn't living in the house I went to. It was a house up for rent though the owner hasn't packed out his remaining properties but no longer there.
In fact to cut the long gist short. For months till i gave up, I couldn't get my cash back and never saw the agent. The receipts were fake too.

Please who can hint me on how to confirm an actual house owner before making payments.

My wife whom I love so much and also loves me too is entitled to 17.2% of my monthly income, my salary is 175kpm and she take 17.2% of this amount, yet she feels very uncomfortable with it

I pay the bills, buy food stuff every month and take care of our little baby girl

My baby girl does not take any local food, she takes only fresogold, tea and pap, the cost of fresogold is very high and she can consume 4tins in a month

My wife isn't not working yet she is still schooling and I pay all her fees,

I've never complaint of my duty as the head of the family yet she still feels unsatisfied with the 17.2% I give to her

Her primary duty in the house is to take care of our baby and prepare my dinner every week days and both break fast and dinner during the weekend

Recently I told her to take our baby to the hospital for treatment, our total bill was 11,500 naira but my wife suprisinly told me that the hospital bill is 22,700 naira which I immediately wired to her account

So I called the hospital to make inquiries about the exorbitant bill then I got to know that my wife inflated the hospital bill to 22,700 naira

I confronted her and she spoke to me very rudly I was not happy about this, I kept quite and didn't say anything about it again

I am thinking I should penalize her for her rude behaviour and the dishonesty she has melted on me

Will it be advisable not to pay her her monthly salary for two months ?

Will this correct her brain to default and what would possibly be the implication of doing this ?

She has not apologised and she has not seen anything wrong so far in what she has done

I totally understand wat u r going tru but can I asked u some questions
?
Has she ever done this before?
Did she meet or had a new frnd of recent?

Do u know d funniest thing is that after all this noise they will say it's a lie n I can bet my whole being on that.

Well,for all we know you didnt tell us how the relationship was before you travelled..but then,tell him you want to lend him a certain amount so he wont feel he has gotten a cash cow..

Instead tell him ur aunt knows a money lender n u will suggest if he can go to her. That way d money is secure for payment . Just my opinion
