Since then they have been shouting and crying while hoping that Buhari will help them rig election in 2023. But if nothing else Buhari is not like Tinubu who does not believe in free and fair election. Under Buhari government, opposition parties still won elections except in some cases like Imo State where in my own opinion, it is Supreme Court that should be held responsible and must pay for the crime. However, under Tinubu, free and fair election is gone completely in Nigeria. Even House of Assembly, House of Reps and Senate will be selection and this will not encourage them to work for the people because loyalty to the party and the President will be the only determinant factor in winning elections in Nigeria. Pat Utomi never mentioned 15 votes. He said at least 15 people would be standing up to defend the party (i.e., against APC and PDP criminals and ballot snatchers), in response to Seun's question on structure.

There was no conversation about votes at the polling unit level.

Yeah even in Germany they do like this too but those questions you will be asked won't be like questions with direct answers,they are more like problems questions with no direct solution where you have to come up with solution based on your understanding of the topic/topics. I think questions like this usually encompass series if topics you have studied so if you no understand am then your own don finish be that. If you like use Google + textbook you no go find the answer.
Our Nigerian style if you read you fit get the answer direct but then it's more of a test of how much you can cram than understanding most times.
