Sickle Cell Anemia : Miraculous Healing

I just read this faith-building testimony from The SCOAN London blog about a young man who was miraculously healed of sickle cell anemia, a condition that tormented him from the very onset of his life…

Since birth. That is how long the young Ghanaian Victor Appiah had been facing the scourge and stigma of sickle cell anaemia. Faced with constant joint pains and an inability to control his bladder, Victor grew up accustomed to pain killers and regular hospital visits, alongside the grim prognosis that this would be a necessity for the rest of his life. His sleep was often rudely disrupted, the pains reaching such excruciating levels that the body simply had to wake up. The future seemed bleak.

However, when one of Victor’s uncles returned from a trip to his homeland Ghana, he came with a message of hope. During his travels, Victor’s uncle had stumbled across Emmanuel TV and was awestruck at the power of God in action he witnessed. He saw incurable sicknesses healed, those oppressed by the devil delivered and remarkable prophetic messages to individuals given by T.B. Joshua. A brief look online revealed there was a SCOAN Branch in London. Hope was restored. Faith soared.

“My name is Victor Ojoa Appiah. I’m from Edmonton, London but originally from Ghana. I was born with sickle cell anaemia. I had lots of pain in my body and my joints – I couldn’t sleep well. My bladder was hurting as well. The urine would just come out, even in public places. I wouldn’t be able to control myself. I’d been to hospital and they gave me lots of medicine but the problem still persisted.”

The week Victor came to The SCOAN London was the monthly prayer line. “When I received prayer, I felt something touching me. Strength returned.” From that day forward, every sign and symptom of the incurable sickle cell anaemia has left Victor. “Ever since that moment, I’ve not been urinating on myself anymore. I feel healthy now. I am strong and energetic. I’m feeling okay now and I sleep well!” His message to others: “Believe in God. He can do anything.”

Victor’s mother stood joyously next to her son as they testified. A burden that stretched over a decade had been miraculously lifted.“We’ve been through a lot. He’d been having pains all over the body. The pain killers that he had been taking were very strong. He had literally always been in pain, especially in his chest and tummy.

This sickle cell also affected his manhood. He would arrive home, his clothes wet with urine. His ill-health really affected me because I could see my son was not developing as he ought.” When prayers were offered in Jesus’ name that Sunday at SCOAN London, the changes were almost instantaneous. “Ever since then, he has never even taken a painkiller – not even a paracetemol! He can now control his urine. There is such a difference and it is so wonderful to behold! Now Victor is healed. I know he is healed because there is no symptom of sickle cell anaemia at all. Thank You, Jesus!”

Everything about the journey was going smoothly. The operatic concert had been spectacular, especially since her daughter was among the performers! All that remained now was the long journey from the Glaswegian hills back to her hometown of Bradford. Mata entered the train without any premonition of what was about to occur. Little did she know that ahead lay a nightmarish journey that continued even beyond the train – a sudden sickness that left Mata so weak she feared for life itself. Eleven hours later, stretched out on her bed with vomit-filled buckets around her, Mata desperately searched on Google for ‘Christian healing’. She needed divine intervention. The result was extraordinary.

“My name is Mata. I’m living in Bradford with my husband and we have six children. Basically, it all started when I went to Glasgow with my husband and young daughter. We were going to watch our other daughter perform. She is an opera singer. Everything was fine. I was healthy and happy. But when we stepped foot on the train to go back, I started feeling sick. I typed in ‘Christian healing’ on Google and I saw a video of Prophet T.B. Joshua appear.”

What Mata had discovered was a YouTube clip of T.B. Joshua praying for the viewers, simply titled, ‘People get healed watching this’ with close to 300,000 views. She had no prior knowledge whatsoever of T.B. Joshua, The SCOAN or Emmanuel TV. “At this stage, I was throwing up every five minutes – there were buckets everywhere. Then suddenly he started to pray very strongly. He said, ‘Viewers all around the world, just touch the screen.’ As I was lying there in pain, touching the screen of my laptop, my whole body just started to shake. I was shaking and vibrating and I could feel that something had stopped the vomiting. I knew if I had continued like that, there wasn’t going to be anything left of me – I would have just died. Something stopped the vomiting.”

As Mata played the clip of the holy Prophet T.B. Joshua praying for viewers around the world, she was receiving her divine healing in the name of Jesus Christ. “He told all the people there, ‘Come on, stand up!’ By faith, I just stood up as if I was okay, but I knew my body was weak. As I stood up, I thought to myself, ‘Wow, I am being healed! This man who I don’t know anything about is healing me through my laptop and I am standing up – what’s going on?’ ” Strength supernaturally returned to Mata’s frail body. It was truly miraculous! When Mata made her way to the bathroom, she could barely recognise herself. Such was the extent to which the unknown sickness had ravaged her system. “I had been vomiting for almost 12 hours. I looked at my face and just saw a skeleton; I was like a skeleton. Before I was a healthy bouncing size 14 and I had actually reduced to size 10. I am so grateful to this amazing man of God who I had never heard about. He actually saved my life.”

Knowing the importance of thanksgiving and acknowledgement, Mata travelled all the way from Bradford to share her testimony at SCOAN London. Her message to others is very simple: “I am so grateful to the Lord Jesus that He is there for us. Whoever wants to reach out to Him, He is there to help us.”

Healed Of Cervical Cancer
Here is another powerful testimony from The SCOAN. God is really doing wonderful things in their midst through the new Anointing Water.

Rutendo had been in pains almost her entire life. For as long as she could remember, excruciating pains surrounded her lower abdomen. Since painkillers seemed to have no effect, she just had to learn to live with it. After numerous medical check-ups, the young Zimbabwean was diagnosed with the early stages of cervical cancer. Merely weeks before treatment was due to start, someone directed Rutendo to SCOAN London, advising her to seek divine intervention…

“My name is Rutendo and I live in Milton Keynes. Generally since I was a young girl I have always had problems in my lower abdomen. I used to have a lot of severe pains. I have been on antibiotics for as long as I can remember. I have had it checked out so many times by many doctors and recently I was diagnosed with early signs of cervical cancer. I was actually supposed to start treatment soon. The truth is that I have always lived in pain. I grew up with it. At school I would just start having pains. At work, I could just be sitting there watching TV and the pains would start all over my lower abdomen. It was really mysterious because even when I was young and hadn’t done anything, I would still be in pains. It was really frustrating for me, my mum and the whole family. Even the doctors would give me antibiotics but the pains would just continue. It was something that was always there. I just learned to live with the pain.”

As Rutendo stood in the midst of the congregation during the time of mass prayer at SCOAN London, a prayer poured forth from her heart. “I remember I was standing there, just praying and saying, ‘God I want a miracle to happen to me today.’ Then suddenly I felt dizzy and started falling, losing control.” Rutendo fell to the ground and began to shake wildly as the evil spirit behind her sickness began to react. “What I mostly felt was fire like a belt across my lower abdomen. It felt like there was a belt of fire there. The thing was being extracted, like something was being pulled out of my lower abdomen. It was very painful because it is like something that has been embedded and you are trying to pull it out.”

As Rutendo lay on the floor, the Anointing Water was ministered to her as God was removing every trace of sickness from her life. “As they continued spraying the Anointing Water, the fire and burning continued. After that, I just felt this peacefulness and whatever it is just left. After that, there was just a tingling sensation but all the pains had gone.”

Rising to her feet, Rutendo began to tearfully thank God. An ordeal that had lasted almost a lifetime had finally come to an end. Since that moment, Rutendo has not experienced any abdominal pains whatsoever! “Honestly, I don’t feel any lower abdominal pains. I go to bed, I walk around at work – for the first time I am not in any pains.” Aside from the obvious change in her health, Rutendo also experienced the peace of God. “I used to have a lot of anger in me. Now I feel more relieved, more peaceful and there is more clarity in my life – because I used to have a lot of confusion in making decisions. I know where I am going and I know what I want so there is no confusion any more. I feel lighter, as if a weight has been taken away. I feel like a different person. And there is no pain!”

Rutendo’s advice to others awaiting a touch from God is clear. “We should come with a receiving heart. Initially when I was standing in the congregation, I was praying, ‘God I want You to locate me today, to change and touch me.’ I know God heard that cry in me. So if you come here today and sincerely pray, ‘God locate me, I want You to touch me’ and you believe it, then I know that once the Anointing Water is ministered, your life is going to change as well.”

Hallelujah! As T.B. Joshua says, “There is never a sickness Jesus Christ cannot heal.
To His power, nothing is impossible!” We thank God for this wonderful miracle. One lesson to be learned is that we must deal with the spirit behind our sickness if we are to receive a lasting solution.

I was supposed to be operated on Friday 20th May, the Friday before that Sunday. Discouraging Tactics
“The demons were trying to bring down people’s faith. They knew that people knew that at The SCOAN, there is a powerful God at work and that through coming there, they would be delivered. The demons were trying to discourage the faith of people so that they would believe there was no power there. Also, they were trying to buy time so that they would not have time to help and deliver others. The demons also said through me that it was only T.B. Joshua that could deliver me and he had sent the wrong people. That wasn’t true. It was only that they wanted to bring down the evangelists’ faith. Also, so that people sitting there waiting in the service would lose faith. The demons recognized T.B. Joshua as a true servant of God, a man of God. They knew that he was serving God. They were just trying to discourage the people.

Demons Defeated
“The Anointing Water has power from God. Through that water ministered to me, the demons were defeated. When I fell to the ground and the congregation were singing, ‘There is power in the blood of Jesus’, I felt like something wanted to come out of me. Like when you shake a Coca Cola bottle and the gas builds up and you suddenly open it, I felt something going out of my head like that. The 39 demons came out! At last!

Newly Born
“Since my deliverance, I have been feeling so well! I don’t remember myself feeling this good. Even on my honeymoon, I was not feeling half of what I am feeling now. I feel fresh. I feel alive. I have peace. I have joy. I have hope. I feel like I am newly born. Right now, I sleep like a baby. I can’t even remember myself sleeping this peacefully. I just don’t have the words to describe it. All I can say is thank You to Jesus Christ for giving me another chance!

Leg Ulcer Healed At SCOAN London

A wonderful testimony from SCOAN London about a woman healed of a leg ulcer through the Anointing Water. Thank You, Jesus Christ!

The festering wound oozed ominously. Pus and water freely flowed. The muscles and tissues in her leg were gradually withering away. To put it bluntly, Patty’s leg was rotting. It was slowly decaying and with no signs of recovery. What started as a minor injury had turned into a life-threating leg ulcer that had reduced the Zimbabwean to a life of total dependency on others. The pains were severe and the prognosis grim. However, when it seemed all hope had been lost, Patty’s son in Zimbabwe introduced her to Emmanuel TV. Upon learning there was a branch of The SCOAN in London, her faith soared. Could this finally be the end of her ordeal?

“My name is Patty Mbambo. I live here in Britain in Sheffield but I am originally from Zimbabwe. The problem that brought me to SCOAN London was a leg ulcer. It started off as a minor injury and as time went on it developed into an infected ulcer which was getting worse day by day.

“The day it started, I had a dream. In this dream, I saw a snake that began circling around me. I was so scared. It suddenly leapt from the floor, cruelly bit my finger and the blood started flowing. I woke up in a cold sweat, confused. I went to work. Just one hour after having this dream, it happened. As I was pushing a foot trolley, the wheel turned suddenly and went straight into my leg. The blood flowed, exactly as I saw in my dream. That’s how the ulcer started.

“From the onset, I knew it was not an ordinary ulcer. The doctors were surprised at how it was changing, getting worse day by day despite the medication. I was having antibiotics regularly. I was taking seven per day, including other tablets I was having. But the medication was simply not working. The nurse who was looking after me was a very lovely woman. She really wanted me to be back to normal but it was beyond her powers.

“During this time, I felt I was losing it, losing my grip on life. I was in such a depression. I felt like somebody with a very big stick was hitting me all over my body. I was in pain. All the time it was oozing this vile liquid. My leg had even turned grey instead of pink. I would wake up every morning and change the bandages because of the fluid coming out. When I took the bandage off, I would see the rotten skin. It was smelling horribly. My leg was becoming smaller, turning grey and rotting away. The flesh inside my leg was actually rotting away. I could smell it. When I was touching my leg, I could feel my fingers going deep inside. I was wasting away with no power to restore anything.

“It was a very difficult time. I could do virtually nothing in the house, even to wash myself. I had to rely on my son to do everything for me. I couldn’t go anywhere. I was afraid of going out because if I meet people, they would say I smelt. If somebody came near me, I was so scared that if something hit my leg, it would be even worse. If something just brushed my leg, the pains would make me scream.

“My son who was in Zimbabwe told me about a church he was watching everyday on Emmanuel TV with Prophet T.B. Joshua. He gave me the website and I found The SCOAN in London. I decided to travel down for the monthly prayer line. When I was prayed for, I didn’t feel anything physically but had faith that everything would be alright. The evangelists followed up with a visit and gave me Anointing Water to use daily on my leg. They told me not to put on the bandage.

“I slept that night, expecting to wake up with the bed wet from the wound. However, when I woke up and took out my foot from the bed, it was not wet! I thought I was not seeing properly. I took a lamp and held it close to my leg. I saw that the opening of the wound was closing up! I put my finger there, thinking it would break and fluid would come out. Nothing!

“When the nurse came that morning, I gave her the bandage. They were special bandages because the infection had to be kept in check. She took it, opened it up and looked astonished. It was dry.

She said, ‘My God! What is happening?’ She touched my leg and said to me, ‘Oh, you were taking about going for prayer. Did you actually go?’ She was so surprised! She told me not to put the bandage back and follow any instruction I was given by the church. She said that in the whole of her professional life, she had never seen this kind of miracle! That’s how everything changed.

“From that day, I knew there was something going on inside my leg but it was not painful. I understood it was the tissues building up. My leg changed colour from grey back to pink. Right now, I can even hit my leg – no pains at all! To cap it all off, I have now returned to my work this week. Thank You, Jesus, for saving my life!

“The Anointing Water is the real deal. If you have this blessing and you have the faith in you, everything will be alright. I would advise everyone who has a problem to come to Jesus Christ. He is the only Saviour, the One who created you. Abide in Him and let Him abide in you.”

To add further credence to this wonderful testimony, Patty’s son accompanied her. “My name is Major Dube. I was one of those looking after my mum when she had this leg ulcer. It was a gradual process where first it was a small injury but it became worse and worse. As time went on, it became more depressing for all of us in the family. We were just worried. What is happening? We didn’t seem to have any explanation or any way of dealing with it. It was overwhelming.

“It’s not easy to see your mum suffering while you cannot do anything. You just have no way of solving the situation. I had no idea what to do. I was powerless.

“The day it happened after she received Anointing Water at the prayer line, when she woke up and the wound had started to cover up, it was such a big surprise! I knew healing had happened for my mother and indeed for everyone in the family. It was a glad day, a wonderful day.

My daughter had been having sores on the scalp for many years. Each time her hair grows, the sores would come out of her head. Below is just a brief glimpse of the wisdom of this truly Anointed servant of Christ,Paul.

So many people think that they have to clean up their life first before they can be saved. But this passage clearly shows that Christ did not die for the righteous, but "for the ungodly". Otherwise, His death would have been in vain, for Romans 3:10 says, "... there is none righteous, no not one."
In Ephesians 1:7 Paul writes of Jesus Christ "In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace ...." TO DECEIVE THE GENTILE CHRISTIANS SUCCESSFULLY, IT WAS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THEY NOT-KNOW THE LAW.

GOD COMMANDED that we FEED ON HIS WORD- which He would deliver by his SPECIAL PROPHET.

Those who believe that that is YAHSHUA will therefore FEED ON HIS WORD.

Well, there are people who MAKE THEIR LIVING from preaching a COUNTERFEIT WORD.

The PHARISEES therefore MADE UP COMPLICATED DOCTRINES to ENTRAP any MESSENGERS OF GOD who came to TAKE THEIR VICTIMS away from them.

CHARITY would have been one of those Doctrines- we can infer that the Pharisees taught Paul everything he knew, and that his claims to have been Divinely-Inspired were complete lies, because of the correspondence between his Teachings and Pharisee Doctrines Yahshua specifically condemned.

Both JOHN THE BAPTIST and YAHSHUA are depicted as being "UNCHARITABLE" toward the Pharisees at their every encounter:
