EyeHateGod:Why no personal God? So, what was the reason Albert Einstein rejected the existence of a personal God? A God that will heal and deliver. Although today he has been proven wrong by the overwhelming scientific evidence coming out of Scoan Church Nigeria. However, it is interesting how he arrived at that conclusion. Einstein recognized the remarkable design and order of the cosmos, but could not reconcile those characteristics with the evil and suffering he found in human existence. How could an all-powerful God allow the suffering that exists on earth? Einstein's error Einstein and Religion: Physics and Theology Einstein's failure to understand the motives of God are the result of his incorrect assumption that God intended this universe as His ultimate perfect creation. Einstein could not get past the moral problems that are present in our universe. He assumed, as most atheists do, that a personal God would only create a universe which is both good morally and perfect physically. Where Einstein erred was in that thinking that there was a god who designed the universe, but designed it in such as way as to allow evil without a purpose. If the universe were designed and it included evil, then there must have been a purpose for that evil. However, according to Christianity, the purpose of the universe is not to be morally or physically perfect, but to provide a place where spiritual creatures can choose to love or reject God - to live with Him forever in a new, perfect universe, or reject Him and live apart from Him for eternity. It would not be possible to make this choice in a universe in which all moral choices are restricted to only good ones. Einstein didn't seem to understand that one could not choose between good and bad if bad did not exist. It's amazing that such a brilliant man could not understand such a simple logical principle. Conclusion: No, Albert Einstein was not a Christian or even a theist (one who believes in a personal God), probably because he failed to understand why evil existed. These days, those who fail to understand the purpose of evil not only reject the concept of a personal God, but also reject the concept of God's existence altogether. If you are an agnostic or atheist, recognize what Albert Einstein understood about the universe - that its amazing design demands the existence of a creator God. Then, go beyond Einstein's faulty understanding of the purpose of the universe and consider the Christian explanation for the purpose of human life and why evil must exist in this world. |
4everGod:Albert Einstein - did not believe in a personal God. A God that will heal and deliver. Although today he has been proven wrong by the overwhelming scientific evidence coming out of Scoan Church Nigeria. However, it is interesting how he arrived at that conclusion. In developing the theory of relativity, Einstein realized that the equations led to the conclusion that the universe had a beginning. He didn't like the idea of a beginning, because he thought one would have to conclude that the universe was created by God. So, he added a cosmological constant to the equation to attempt to get rid of the beginning. He said this was one of the worst mistakes of his life. So, although Einstein was not a Christian, he had great respect for Jesus, and recognized that He was an amazing figure in history. Personally having grown up as an atheist in a non-religious home, Einstein initially saw Jesus as a brilliant teacher when I read the gospels for the first time at age 32. |

skeendyke:Atheism is a mental disorder or illness : The results of this study have unnerved even the most stoic scientists, physicians and researchers. New information from a 22-year old study at a German University has many psychiatrists and psychologists throughout the world wondering if atheism is a sign or warning of a more serious mental illness already present or in the process of developing. Doctors are searching for a gene that might cause a correlation between serious mental illness and what they are calling “overt atheism.” For the time being psychiatrists and research psychologists in Germany and Switzerland are calling this medical anomaly, “The Misfit Syndrome.” Doctors at the University in Hamburg have been investigating the connection between religious beliefs and overall mental health and the results of the study have unnerved even the most stoic scientists, physicians and researchers. Only a cloned monkey will believe in Evolution, The Big Bang. Thomas Henry Huxley- Apostle of Darwinism. Thomas Henry Huxley will be remembered by the public merely as the athiest man who held that we were descended from the ape, or as the apostle of Darwinism, The Big Bang. Huxley detested his hot tempered father he suffered terrible bullying at school and had a terrible fear of insanity, which ran in his family. In fact his father died in an insane asylum. The common thread with almost all overt atheists is serious mental illness or an inclination to develop a profound mental illness by age thirty-five. “We have found that to be true in about 97% of the cases. You never have any medical study where 97% of your results are positive. It’s almost impossible to make a mistake with numbers like that. Something is going on here and the common thread with almost all overt atheists is serious mental illness or an inclination to develop a profound mental illness by age thirty-five. “It’s hard to accept something like this — something like the results of our study — in an enlightened society, but there is no getting around the scientific proof. Every variable and every model that has been used comes to the same conclusion. People who openly do not believe in a creator or a greater spirit and opt to debate it as part of their definition of self, are almost always suffering from a serious mental illness, and if they are not currently sick, the odds are nearly 100% that they eventually will become mentally ill. “ View the full article here: http://thedamienzone.com/2012/08/17/atheism-as-a-mental-disorder-or-illness-new-studies-say-yes/ naijadeyhia: |
Atheists or people who are very strident about their atheism are heavily prone to mental illness: “There were 17,809 people in the study. It was a very large model as far as psychological experiments go.” This came as quite a shock to us as we studied patient after patient. “Overt atheism, in other words, atheism that is professed as a way of life by some individuals — a manifesto of sorts — was found to be a common component inherent to many people suffering from other forms of severe mental illness,” said Dr. Hans Zimmermann MD PhD “We started to notice that many of our experimental volunteers — those who were defiantly atheistic in their beliefs — were also suffering from various forms of dissociate disorders and social adaptation manias. This came as quite a shock to us as we studied patient after patient because for years we have been led to believe that religious zeal was often a patently obvious sign of mental illness, but in fact this is not the case. Quite the contrary. “The individuals we have studied, especially those under the age of forty who actively participate in open debate about their own avowed atheism, or people who are very strident about their atheism are heavily prone to mental illness — and most of the illnesses are quite severe. This was not a handful of subjects who were studied, mind you. There were 17,809 people in the study. It was a very large model as far as psychological experiments go.” View the full article here: http://thedamienzone.com/2012/08/17/atheism-as-a-mental-disorder-or-illness-new-studies-say-yes/ Haroun13: |

Lennycool:The geologic column was invented by evolutionists to fit an imaginary timescale for the evolution of all life on Earth. The problem is it doesn't exist anywhere in the world except the text books. If the column really existed, it would nearly 100 miles deep! The deepest fossils we find are about 1 to 1.5 miles deep. One of the deepest holes ever dug was only about 5 miles. So how do they get 100 miles of strata layers? By assuming evolution has happened and putting the various layers of the sedimentary rock in an evolutionary order. Then they use the geologic column to prove evolution! That's called circular reasoning. Where in you use the assumption of something being true to prove it's true. It's the same as saying "evolution is true because evolution is true". This concept has been falsified (the column showing animals to be extinct) by what is called living fossils. |
jonbellion:Hi Jonbellion, You do remember the London Artifact ? It is an iron hammer, surrounded by a solid mass of cretaceous rock and seashells. The handle was partially PETRIFIED. It was discovered in London, Texas. In the pic, notice the shiny spot on the metal part. The family who found the hammer filed the metal to see if it was really metal; the spot has not rusted yet, even though it has been about forty-five years. Is it really iron? A test was done on the metal. This hammer contains 96% iron, 2.6% chlorine, and 0.74% sulfur. There are no bubbles in it at all. Yes, it is iron. The quality of which equals or exceeds the quality of any iron made today. Now ask yourself, how does an obviously very old hammer get embedded into millions of years old cretaceous rock? The only answer is that cretaceous rock isn't that old at all. |

KingEbukasBlog:This all proves that all religions have made great contributions to society. That explains why atheists resort to swearing and cursing when you hear that four highly educated scientists such as Charles Darwin, Sigmund Freud, Thomas Henry Huxley and Nietzsche where all proven to be insane?
