My hot 4 just went off while I plugged it to charge and since then it hasn't come on. It doesn't charge, won't turn on either. It's not a battery problem cos I have tried other batteries and it's same. any solutions?

Hi guys, I opened about 3trades on HF demo account about 36hrs ago, I just came back to check them only to discover I can't change the sl or tp or can't even close trade.

When I try to change tp I get "trade is disabled"
