And history might repeat itself... There are still Genghis in this world. Don't ever refuse their gifts.

"Genghis then sent a 500-man caravan of Muslims to establish official trade ties with Khwarezmia. However Inalchuq, the governor of the Khwarezmian city of Otrar, had the members of the caravan that came from Mongolia arrested, claiming that the caravan was a conspiracy against Khwarezmia. It seems unlikely, however, that any members of the trade delegation were spies. Nor does it seem likely that Genghis was trying to provoke a conflict with the Khwarezmid Empire, considering he was still dealing with the Jin in northeastern China.

Genghis Khan then sent a second group of three ambassadors (one Muslim and two Mongols) to meet the shah himself and demand the caravan at Otrar be set free and the governor be handed over for punishment. The shah had both of the Mongols shaved and had the Muslim beheaded before sending them back to Genghis Khan. Muhammad also ordered the personnel of the caravan to be executed. This was seen as a grave affront to the Khan himself, who considered ambassadors "as sacred and inviolable." This led Genghis Khan to attack the Khwarezmian Dynasty. The Mongols crossed the Tien Shan mountains, coming into the Shah's empire in 1219."

Here we go again. How could you say women like you were taught to be good wives and mother and yet coming here to complain that it is man that isn't trained better. Your hate for Man is golden and I know that is was this great emotional poison was impacted into you and the other by the medias and the society in general. This is also true with the men. The only thing that baffles me is that why do these so called intelligent woman aka feminist deliberately chose to declare an all-out battle against men instead of supporting them in the fight against the real oppressor out there? It really saddens me.

You say you speak for all african women and that they still have what it takes, the moral values. But how could you claim to have a moral value as a woman and yet do you not know the importance of raising a family, instead it would be a burden to you with a man in the picture?

You say You like it when men LISTEN? Lol... Ofcourse. Why not? Have you played the game of chess before? There is a King, a Queen, other officials and lastly the pawns. The queen is the freest, she can move in all angles without limitation but the king can move in all angle in one step. Do you know the interesting thing about the King? Once you check him all other officers, the pawns and most importantly the Queen has to be sacrificed to safe the life of the king where he can not escape. And when the king is check mated it means game over. Now, this is the life of a man, you are free to talk to him, infact you can help him or do anything to help because its in your power to do so, but the final decision always lies with him. I am not asking you but I am reminding you. DO YOU UNDERSTAND?

You talk about some father are morally bankrupt? Who is arguing that with you? Was your or your husband morally bankrupt too? Anyway, I think it is absolutely silly and unproductive to argue that because some father are morally bankrupt then women do not want anything serious to do with men anymore but to be equal with them on the same ship. That is a challenge and is a mutinious offense. Lol...

Why do you think a country, society or an organization is often referred to as her? Because they represent the power and influence a woman has. It is the woman that has the responsibly of training the children who are the future leaders and their help-mates and I put it to you that they have failed woefully at their duties.

I am still waiting the feminist to bring up a reasonable arguement to the table. In the absense of non, I urge you to starting building trust and not division among the men and the women of this world.

Your faithfully,
Scram
Your brother

TDN: this may surprise you but a lot of women i know were taught how to be a good wife. myself included. we get the general idea. how to antcipate a man's needs, what he needs, what is expected of you as a wife. im assuming every girl who grew up with a mother was taught. so no be say dem no train us well as good parents are expected to. i dont know about other women but im not really influenced by what i watch on tv. although there are many positive things to learn. as a people im gonna say yes as africans we have some moral values, every culture has theirs too.

i just think the amount of effort training women isnt spent training men. maybe im wrong but its the impresiion i get. i dont belive women have changed, i think they always had these needs, just didnt occur to them to say it out loud. i cant speak on behalf of other women, all i know is i like it when men LISTEN. you cant do it all, you need help and we are being underused for our intellect. partly our fault too to be sincere. bottomline is, im here in this world with you, i want to be heard and respected and i want a place at the table. im not asking, im telling. this is much bigger than any of us can imagine. every woman wants a loving husband, a good example to her kids and i hate to say this, some fathers are morally bankrupt, since you brought up immorality. if you are fit to lead, then lead and i will follow. if not then you need my help. my conscience will not allow me sit back while the morally bankrupt lead us astray.

what does morality mean to you? how would you describe it?
RomanceRe: Humility: The Lost Female Art by scram(m): 8:26pm On Dec 28, 2013
Sister you didn't answer my question. You just keep nailing your point into my head. This struggle of feminist should not and repeat should not be one sided given that both parties have their own part in the whole hullabaloo.

In the beginning of my previous post I said the society has failed to train the woman and prepare them for the future forgive me if I didn't point out the man must also be trained thoroughly for the future ahead. Is it not true that everything our children are being exposed to in the school, on the streets, on medias are characters that have destroyed the very core of our moral values today? And that people in authority permits them? Why aren't the feminist group fighting the cancer from its roots but have decided to take the fight to the opposite s£x? This is what I find hard to understand.

Sister, let's call a spade a spade, the arguments of the feminist are baseless and needs reviewing ASAP. Otherwise, its a mischievous movement. Please we don't need division no more, we want peace to reign. What do you people really want? Every man viewing this thread wants to know the way forward.

Sram

TDN: no one is fighting men. only men who oppress women. a good marriage isnt a burden. both parties have to work hard to make it successful. its good that you find it disturbing cos only then can you ask why this is happening. like they say, the first step to solving a problem is realising there is one in the first place. talking about bitterness, i have seen it in many married women. its a scary word i know, especially for women. what is the cause? i reckon its dissapointment. thats the problem we should be addressing.
RomanceRe: Humility: The Lost Female Art by scram(m): 7:58pm On Dec 28, 2013
To read from a woman that marriage is a burden to herself and the entire womanhood is amazingly jaw dropping and disturbing. Sometimes I wonder what kind of heart some woman have. If woman are thought their roles from their homes, in the schools they engage in extra- curriculum activities that would enhance their life and get them prepared for the future ahead as a woman, a wife and finally a mother I don't see any reason for all these mixed feelings. I will support any group that comes out to the fore front the fight against feminism anytime any day because they are nothing but a bad eggs among women, they are bitter women opening their arms wide as if they need a hug but beneath the glove they wear is an iron fist.

In a marriage, everybody has a responsibility, just like the ship captain and a crew, just like a government. And everybody working together for a better result. The man is the head and the woman is his assistant. They both share ideas with each other in love and trust but the final decision lies with the man.

Your arguments are baseless about a woman throwing what she has and exchanging it for a MRS for the fear of ending up lonely as they are been threatened by the male folks. What do you mean by that anyway? Could you please give us a reasonable explanation with examples? Which man would even divorce his wife or threaten to do so if she didn't somehow turn out to be different from the wife he married (due to bad influence from her widow or divorced friends)? I really need you to think about all these things and come up with a reasonable argument. Otherwise, we are saying no to feminists ideas.

Finally, I would like to see a feminist woman like yourself on every forums, on the streets and medias building trust not just among couples but everybody, then we know you people are for real. We don't need you causing troubles between men and women, a man and his brother, a woman and her sister and then offering your own kind of solution like someone has said on this thread. There is an order, don't turn the world into another sodom and gomorra, please. I speak today on behalf of all straight men of nigeria, that we still love the women and we want them to continue to suppose us and fight the oppressor.

Cheers
From a true brother

TDN: sometimes we have to scream cos its unhealthy to keep all those emotions inside. yes, its true we suffer burdens of our own choosing. is it feminism tearing the family unit apart or women walking away from unbearable marriages. like i said earlier. i believe in marriage. mum, dad, 4 kids, white picket fence and all. what is threatening marriages are so many things and one of them is the fact that women are disatisfied and therefore couldnt care less about pleasing their husbands.

i always hear. 2 wrongs dont make a right. its ridiculous how many times i hear this. assuming the man is the head of the house, shouldnt he also be the spiritual leader of the house? the moral centre of the home? or do we just assign responsibilities to wives, husbands find distasteful.
one thing you said earlier i dont agree with, yes women end up being alone and become casualties of their philosophies, but thats what men use to threaten women. although it wasnt your intention, thats the way it is. women are scared of ending up alone, they remain in marriages from hell. when you make a statment like that, no matter your intention, one lady somewhere is taking it to heart and throwing overboard whatever needs she may have and exchanging it for a MRS.

im sure you know this trust building exercise, where someone stands behind you, and you are asked to fall because they will catch you. you are to let go of all your hang ups and just fall. in this exercise, whoever is behind you always catches you. in real life between men and women im sure you understand why its hard for some women to just let go and fall. they are terrified he wont be there to catch them.

I smoked a drag or two once and never felt anything but i keep hear confessions from people who did that their heart was pounding for an hours or so while while they were high. Either they were paranoid (so it was psychological) or it was just physiological from the marijuana, what do you think?

SportsBoxer Omar Henry Dies At 25yrs, Not Long After Writing He Hoped To See His 26th by scram(op): 12:43pm On Feb 02, 2013
Boxer Omar Henry craved the spotlight and hoped one day to become the undisputed super welterweight champion.
Sadly, though, Henry only became a star in death, when he died at 25 Friday in a Chicago hospital following a short fight with gall bladder cancer.
Henry, who was 12-0-1, was supposed to fight on Showtime on Nov. 16. But he didn't feel well a few days before the fight, went to see his doctor and was diagnosed with Stage 4 gall bladder cancer.
He posted a series of heart-wrenching messages on his Facebook fan page in which he pleaded for prayers and support. Perhaps the most tragic was his Jan. 9 post, when he said he hoped to live to celebrate his 26th birthday on Feb. 8.
Sadly, he fell a week short of that goal.
