Hello house, I got a msg today to pick up my proccessed passport at the VAC....my worry is that, can I get a visa approval without having a request for medical?

it depends..... if the program you going for is 6 month or less no need of medicals BUT if it's more than 6 month then you ought to have been called for medicals... when did you apply? and what program are you going for?

The program is 8 months. It is a certificate course in human resources and I applied 12th of October

Visa delayed today and I hope to apply again next month. how many times can a school issue i20 cuz the last one was my second one plus is it advisable to apply the following month after denial?

Go back to your appointment page and log in then look at the left corner you will see emergency request which is under cancel appointment click on it and follow the instructions.

Make sure you have scanned copy of your international passport data page, i20, sevis fee receipt, ds160 confirmation page and appointment confirmation page then upload it because this will be needed to approve your emergency request.

I have requested for the emergency appointment which was approved and I was told to reschedule another appointment, I did reschedule the appointment but the earliest date I was given was 12 of January which is one day beyond the resumption date...what else can I do in this case?

Hello gurus in the house, I have a School resumption date of Jan 11 and my interview appointment was scheduled for Jan 13 which is 2 days past the resumption date... Your advice is urgently needed on this issue.
NB: my i-20 was issued late November and received early December

secondly I paid only a part of the school fees not all, my resumption date is late Feb and my 28 days account maturity is mid Jan.

If it is to the school you are applying to, then I would suggest a nice and captivating introduction, an highlight of your dreams, your preparations towards the program, how the program aligns with your dreams, why the school, and how you intend to use whatever you learn from the program towards bettering your future and those around you.

If it is to the embassy, an introduction, an highlight of your dream, why the program/course and Canada, what you intend to achieve with it, your preparation so far and how you intend impacting your generation with the knowledge you acquire from their country.

The basic rule is: make it detailed but not verbose.

According to the information reaching me STOUFFVILLE COLLEGE,TORONTO,ON has closed down and ceased offering ACCA prog. Now,I don't know my stand/chance concerning my study visa application. I am due to complete my treatment come June,2013. It is certain CDHC will request another LOA.

Huzzie: Firstly, you would need Affidavit of support from a high court, also you would need to establish your relationship with your sponsor,stating the number of his/her dependents and the reason for such gesture.
Secondly, I guess you didn't read through the part 2&3 properly,because we have people like Newacca who have applied to LSBF and even one guy(can't remember his name now) just resume this March.
