Sell your V6 and buy 4 cylinders. Don’t waste money changing engines with wrong specification

Simple thing, had the server be ruled out by same tribunal, anything reference or connection to it would have been objected to by the defense and over rule by the panel.

You are confusing your followers... You said there was no judgement yet but Atiku approached the supreme court to do what? does that mean He knew that he will lose or what? How can you go and appeal if there is no ruling yet?

The tribunal didn't rule out the server rather, it pend the judgement on server saying since the server matter is already part of the substantive suit, it will be preemptive to allow such at interlucotory level.

Now that it has been argued at the substantive level, it is ripe for them to allow for its inspection.
The petitioner went to supreme court as a backup.

Why go to supreme court for appeal if there was no ruling yet?

Don't mind that Nairaland SAN for PDP... Atiku approached the supreme court for appeal on the server ruling the tribunal gave in favour of Inec.. By the time Supreme court will give judgement the tribunal would have deliver its judgement..

Are you sure you are following this case fully? The tribunal has ruled Atiku out on the server and He has approached the Supreme court.. No date has been fix for the hearing at the supreme court yet... By the time the supreme court will rule it would have elapsed the days the constitution and electoral act recommended...

You know Nigerians like to show off... If it is not Toyota Camry/Corolla it must be Honda Accord or Mercedes Benz.... But if you are planing to use for E-hailing you will be saving a lot on fuel. The insight is same as Toyota Prius

Now, the cross examination that should have been completed yesterday has been postponed by a whole day.

By the time the Tribunal runs out of time, they will make their judgement out of the available facts, which is always to the petitioner's detriment.

Out of PDP's 400 witness, they have not even gotten to up to 50, yet, they have just few more days to prove their case.

You don’t have to stress yourself to explain the wrongs of the PDP/Atiku legal team to their supporters because they will start abusing you once you’re not thinking the same way with them. It’s funny how they don’t see this as unseriousness of the Lawyers.

It is 1.3L Engine. Very very good for city runs. 9L Of fuel per 160km. City 1ltr of fuel for 17km.

I just hope Atiku’s legal team will not go and file another persons name when they get to Supreme Court. Because they’re not serious at all.
