The party can threaten fire and brimstone but if they choose to go against the party they have the right. Dogara won with less than 10 votes in 2015 and that shows that some APC members voted against the party and nothing happened to them. Why is it different now that it’s happening to PDP? I’m sure if it’s put to voting on the floor of the house Chinda will lose with a wide margin because He is not the choice of the members.

Elumelu and Co will approach the court on Monday and Status quo will remain. Take it or leave it Chinda won’t become the Minority Leader because the houses will surely suspend him and the Rep Member that went for the mace. Good thing is that 2 of them (Chinda and the rep that went for the mace) are from Rivers State.

Did Dogara have any reason not to read the letter from APC who was the majority party at that time and no other contestant for the post.. This is different issue. Even many PDP Reps don’t want Chinda as the Minority leader and that’s the problem I think PDP should have solve before things turn sour. If the house should suspend Chinda nothing the PDP NWC can do.

In 2015 rivers state house of Assembly. It was the PDP that nominated Hon Anabraba against the choice of APC’s Hon Josiah Orlu. Even when Saraki and Dogara went against their party order it is the same PDP that said the Parties can’t decide who will be leaders in the house. So what has changed now that you’re complaining.

Appellate Ground on TECHNICAL ERROR on dissenting
judgement. I keenly followed him during the proceedings.
And on TECHNICALITY Appellate and Supreme Courts
Truncated the will of the good people of Osun State.
Yes, they have done that on Osun People but not on the

There were irregularities in d conduct of zamafra primary election by APC... While for Rivers it was very clear PDP won d election. But as for osun it was day light robbery. Supreme Court dismissed the appeal due to absence of Justice obiora in the tribunal. we have accept the supreme court verdict and we have moved on.
