He wrote and rescheduled for another date which is some towards the end of the month and the whole thing is even on public domain. He even stated that there some engagements he is involved in and so the date fixed was not feasible and rescheduled it for another date

That Road is a federal road and can't be done without approval from Fg. He has called out Fg under Buhari overtime to handover the road to the state but no response.
