Hello Sirs, I want to embark on this project, precisely next week. We're planning to move here from our 4 year old bungalow. Same city( Abeokuta) but different environment. The land is quite small, we have another structure beside the proposed building so we are left with this piece of land to build this. The project is going to be supervised by a builder. 3 designs were sent and I chose this. I just want to have an idea of what to expect in terms of cost. I told him that I want us to do it in phases.
The first phase will be from foundation to completion of the decking, second will take it to level and parapet, 3rd
will be roofing and all that and we continue like that, non stop (In Sha Allah).
Please what's the reasonable amount to expect in the first 2 phases? Any suggestion as regards the design?
Nb: the land was sloppy but it's been sand filled to level 1 year ago

if you understand Ogun politics you will understand that dapo abiodun didn't only lose to buruji he lost to GEJ buruji and ladi (baba ijebu's son) ladi's philanthropy works prior to the election was a major factor. He embarked on a massive rural electrification project even as a rep candidate and so he won the people's heart this coupled with the fact there was massive vote buying on election day and the PDP agents paid for all three votes . gej buruji and ladi was what gave buruji the advantage over dapo.
Fast forward to 2018 as we speak ISIAKA of ADC should and would have been the luckiest benefactor of the current issues in APC and PDP at the moment but unfortunately he lacks the required campaign FUNDS.
The yewas are screaming marginalisation and true its their turn but Amosun scuttled their chances with his greed and thirst for the position of godfather at all cost.
Ogun west has the smallest population.
Amsoun's candidate is unpopular even within APC .most of the party faithfuls are not ready to leave APC just because his anointed candidate lost the primaries .
Buruji's candidate is also an unpopular person. The only chance PDP has to win Ogun state is to let settle the issue with ladi and buruji's faction cos separately none of them have enough resources and man power to beat dapo abiodun with the federal might he ll be getting

Repeating the same argument as if that will change fact. Or maybe you feel the need to convince yourself. What is delaying the second Niger bridge? Why did the contractors pull out from site after mobilising when this buhari took over? Emotional argument will not help buhari win next year but fact will.

I didn't ask you to agree with me. I stated fact. As for why it started later than expected, you should ask those who play politics. Let me ask you, if you were an investor, will you commit you money to any project with the trial and error economy policies that the government started with? Won't you wait to see which way the wind is blowing? The second Niger bridge is no hold but money have been paid and work commenced until some people in this government decided politics is more important than development.

Agreement was signed in 2013 and all agreed term was met by 2014 with all financial obligations fulfilled. Check your fact again. What you thing should or should not happen doesn't matter. Was all financial obligations fulfilled by last administration? I learnt it was. Correct me with fact and not with your subjective view

Try and put on your recommended glass so that you can read the part where it was said the contractors were already paid by PDP but was delayed by this present administration, being brainwashed by stick and carrot method is the worst method of impoverishment and this can actually seriously affect one's way of skewed thinking.
