Example, during the flagship Sunrise daily show every weekday morning and also on kaakaki in AIT, they always play Atiku adverts. But presently, I haven't seen any of buhari on TV.

I think your observation is true which is why they are focused on social media which is almost free when it comes to adverts and also why they launched their media channel.

From senatorial to gubernatorial to presidency costs loads of cash and I truly think PDP doesn't have such money available to them anymore with the financial clampdown on corruption proceeds by buhari.
