None of them is guilty until the court of law says so. The onus of proof lies with the accusers.
The one standing trial over 700 million is not above the law.
Also if the Incumbent is found to have submitted forged Documents too is not too big to be ask questions.
Let them all face the consequences of their actions.

The case will be heard and judgement will be delivered up to the Supreme Court. As it stands now either one of the cases will nail the PDP candidates.

We will still witness massive defections from PDP few days to the election, if the courts didn’t disqualify PDP from the race because of the 2 court cases against the candidates.

This is happening in the Governor’s Senatorial district. I wonder why he had to be forcing the people to join his party against their wish. He claim that he’s fighting Godfatherism, but now he’s turning to a tyrant.

While resisting the APC. What will happen if the court deny the PDP participation in the electoral process.

That’s the same thing PDP did to APC in Bayelsa. If this Case should get to Supreme Court, I don’t see how Obaseki and his Deputy can survive the same treatment given to Lyon in Bayelsa. Interesting times ahead.
