Does that mean that the Governor gave the PDP free access to the state treasury. Even after he made us believe that the main reason he was fighting Oshiomhole is because he refused to share the State money with him? Hope those making noise here will have something to say. |

I’m sure if Hushpuppi and his gang of thieves have Their hands on that £100m. He has made all arrangements to move to St Kitts as a citizen it will be hard for US to lay hands on him. Everyday for they thief, One day for the Owner. Crime does not pay. |

Reno is becoming boring with his obsession with Buhari. Is the president in charge of pert affairs? Does that means that GEJ was the one in charge of PDP campaigns in 2015? You can criticize but don’t make it look like the person you’re criticizing is the one that’s blocking your success. |

Great2017: Do you have eyes and brain problems? You quoted me and I rebuffed your assertion.
Again, you don't have the powers to say they are different. Even, Ortom's case is worse. He contested, lost and jumped ship. Obaseki was not even allowed by his estranged godfather to contest at all.
The Nwosu's case you are even brandishing is different. He was disqualified because he was nominated by two political parties. Obaseki was never nominated by two political parties. You cannot beat a child and tell him or her not to cry.
Edo is not Lagos. We the 'edo n'uzomo' and all the good people of Edo State will decide who will be our next governor. Ortom’s case can not be use as a precedent in law because there’s no ruling or judgement. Nobody dragged Ortom to court in 2015 and that means you can’t use that as an example in the law court. I am not the person that brought Obaseki issue into the discussion I just tried making you know that using Ortom’s case as an example in law doesn’t hold water. |

Great2017: I will also refer you to Ortom that participated in the primaries of the PDP and the APC in 2014/2015. Do well to study that as well. The last time I checked, Ortom is still the executive governor of Benue State. Ortom's case is not a basis for Nwosu's case.... Ortom happened in 2014 and the Supreme Court judgement came in 2019.. no comparism |

But now He is having many Godfathers in PDP... |

fergie001: Lostz is correct...If indeed the APC is waiting for July 12, it becomes a dead case.
Section 285(9) of the 4th alteration is unambiguous has decided on pre-election cases which cases must be filed 14 days from the cause of action.
It will be past 14 days by July 12.
However, if the PDP wins, the APC can raise it in the tribunal.

seunmsg: Rubbish OP. I will advice your sponsor to go and prepare for the general election. Osagie Ize-Iyamu is the candidate of APC and there is nothing your paymaster can do about it.
In addition, tell Obaseki to prepare to defend his candidature in court. He was not validly nominated by PDP because he did not obtain the party’s nomination form and participate in the screening within the timeframe stipulated by the party.
Again, he already bought the form of APC and therefore participated in the nomination process of APC. As a result, he cannot validly participate in the nomination process of another party. The Supreme Court already ruled on this matter in the case of Uche Nwosu of AA. The court invalidated the candidacy of Nwosu because he had participated in the nomination process of APC for the same election. Obaseki will suffer a similar fate. At the bolded. I’m sure some people are waiting for the time for substitution of candidates to elapse before they institute the case against PDP. Interesting time ahead. |

Pa Adebanjo is still mad at Tinubu for been political correct in 2003 when OBJ came to Afenifere begging for support which the so called leaders of AD fell for just because of the money OBJ came with. Tinubu told them all not to trust OBJ but they called Tinubu names. And at the end of the day OBJ rigged 5 western states for PDP. Since then AD as a party has become its own shadow, and Tinubu has grown to be a politician to be reckoned with in the country. In 2015 this same Afenifere supported GEJ when they saw dollars and we all know the end story. Till people like Pa Adebanjo and co will say goodbye to this world they will always attack Tinubu same thing goes to Bode George. Can Pa Adebanjo tell us if OBJ deceived them in 2003 or not. |
