Maxymilliano: You forgotten he contested as deputy to Tonye Prince will just last year ?
Sorry Bro, he will still be a force to reckon with in River's APC. And you forgot that he’s from the same LGA with Magnus Abe who’s the reason Gaidom didn’t get to the polls last year. |
Politics › Re: Buhari Didn't Betray Tinubu, He Simply Returned Power Back To The North by seanfer(m): 8:54am On Jun 26, 2020 |
All this epistles about APC. I hope most people know that the next national chairman will also come from the south until 2022 when the North will produce the next chairman and the presidential candidate will come from the south. So it’s not a big deal that the CTC chairman is from the North. |

This is wrong for the traditional rulers to Favour one of their own against the other. What if at the end of the day the other Candidate win the election. They’re the head of all irrespective of religion or party affiliation. Please if you don’t have sense to understand what I wrote don’t quote me. |

And forget #6m monthly salary, plus allowee and others, as members of the NWC,
greed will not make them think responsible
Then they don't have reason to be in that office in the first place... Greed is the main problem of Africa leaders |

But those NWC members should know that Once they were told that their services are not needed they should behave like responsible adults and move on, or it's their birthright to be NWC members? |
Politics › Re: This Is The Exact Problem With APC's Decisions In Today's NEC Meeting. by seanfer(m): 4:36pm On Jun 25, 2020 |
ORIENTATION101: re-run might not be likely. Cause ize iyamu and obaseki come from same zone. The votes will be likely 45-55% in favour of obaseki as incumbent. Edo central is also divided it can go anybody way. Oshomole zone will decide the winner. Obaseki is banking on his deputy shuaibu to deliver Edo northbut it is unlikely. Edo north will be clean sweep for Apc At the bolded... There is no certainty that Shuaibu will be Obaseki's running mate with the way things are going in the PDP.... Oshiomhole will win the North for APC with a big marging.. Ize-Iyamu is a grass-root politician and i won't be surprised if he wins the South... Some PDP bigwigs will not support Obaseki fully and there will be Protest voting against the party. In all the Election will be interesting. |

fergie001: The President had said that he will ACT, I mean in the harshest terms of the decisions of NEC are tampered with.
All litigations withdrawn and ratifications done where necessary.
There might be some sense in what you are saying but the President has taken a stance, and his party members must queue behind. Bro. The President acted as a true leader. The court declared POI as qualified APC member, The NEC ratified the Edo primary. I think Obaseki should start planning on doing aggressive campaigns because APC will come hard on this election. |

It's the battle of North East Bunu’s CTC will conduct convention within 6 Months. And the National Chairman post is still with the South. |

Agboriotejoye: If Ajimobi is confirmed, it changes nothing. He is not available and the next in line from his zone is the dep. Natl sec in the person of chief Victor Giadom And that will clear all this controversies... And they should ask all party members to withdraw their cases from courts and also constitute a committee to bring peace to the party. |

I believe Giadom will be eased out, Oshiomole reinstated while a reconciliation committee will be set up Or the President ask for what's written in the party constitution concerning hierarchy in the NWC.... If the NEC ratify the pending nominations then Ajimobi will be confirmed as the acting National Chairman. |

Johnnyessence: UPDATE: After careful perusal of the court papers, I have discovered that the court is yet to restrain Gov Obaseki from participating from the PDP Primaries. The prayers of the applicant on page 1 are different from the Orders of Court granted on page 2. The court restrain all the defendants until the case is heard on 24 June. It’s certain another adjournment might happen on Thursday and Obaseki won’t have time to appeal for stay of Execution. I think it is the PDP bigwigs that are behind the case they don’t want to come out to tell Obaseki he can’t be their candidate. |
