Doclight: hmmmmm!

I've been reading through all the posts posted here, and i'm perplexed.

Hmmmm, although i believe the present scholars are somewhat down, but i strongly believe that their achitect is from the exams body.

I can confidently tell you that in nigeria, hot-brains are not welcomed, but system-brains.

The exam bodies takes delight to cause mass failure so as not to loose customers, this can be seen in subjects like maths, eng, lit, phys, chem, and sometimes econs
These they do, knowing that phys is a very important subject for any aspiring science student, lit and econs for art and social science students respectively.

For example in 2013, there was a failure epidemic in lit and phys. Many a candidates got below a "c" grade, thereby keeping them stranded. In jamb, obviousivity is prevalent.

What i'm saying in conclusion is that exam bodies should desease from exam-ill-practices, then students would be serious.

Thanks
From my experience as a teacher, Parents and their wards(candidates) are yo be blamed. I can explain if you want me to.

RoyalRoy: What's bad about saying the truth as it is?

All the posters before you said the bitter truth. Should we be parting our leaders on the back when they are seriously messing up?

Is that how you live your life? Licking other people's asss so as not to hurt their feelings ?

Be a man and stand for the truth always no matter how difficult and hard it is. That is what defines a man!!

Shalom.
And what is the truth?

Health › Ordinary’ Soap And Water Can Kill Ebola by searay(op): 6:15am On Aug 06, 2014
As a second case of Ebola has been reported in Nigeria, It should interest Nigerians to learn that one of the most interesting facts about the dreaded virus is that it is as fragile as it is deadly.
It can be killed easily and doesn’t spread quickly like common cold.
The virus was first discovered by one Dr. Fredrick A Murphy, a doctor of veterinary medicine in 1976.
It got its name from the Ebola River in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
There is enough material on the Internet about the gruesome, unpleasant symptoms of the disease and fatality statistics so there’s no need repeating those facts in this write-up.
The most important things to know about Ebola is not to panic but learn the best way to protect yourself from contracting the disease because with Ebola, prevention is definitely better than cure.
There is actually no known cure for Ebola, which is why the fatality rate is almost 100%.
Contrary to what you may have heard Ebola is not air-borne like flu so there is no reason to wear masks or respiratory aids. It spreads only through contact with the bodily fluids of an infected person. Bodily fluids like saliva, blood, urine, faeces or semen.
Travellers are also said not to be at risk, as patients are contagious only when they start showing symptoms. Health workers, family members or others in close contact with infected people, mourners who have direct contact with the bodies of the deceased as part of burial ceremonies and hunters in the rain forest who come into contact with dead animals found lying in the forest are the most susceptible to Ebola infection.
Another way by which the virus spreads is the improper handling of the corpse of an Ebola victim.
As long as you don’t come into contact with any of these things you are safe from contracting the virus.
One more thing, semen from a survivor of Ebola infection can remain infectious for two months, so girls, be careful!
It is also advisable to regularly wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water at every available opportunity because one of the interesting things about the virus is that it can be killed with soap, detergent or disinfectant.
As a matter of fact taking a shower and thoroughly lathering your body with soap every time you return home from outside is not a bad idea.
Most commentators believe that containing the virus should not be a very difficult task as it is not air-borne and spreads only through close contact with an Ebola patient who is already showing symptoms of the disease.

GentleMimi: The change of a thing na something else. To avoid wahala, especially on monday mornings,i make sure i get adequate change over the weekend. Some crazy conductors will just marry you off to a total stranger. Not funny, especially when running late. But sometimes if i enter a bus,i ask peeps around if they hv change, collect it and give the conductor a larger amount, saying,''money for four''...or ''three of us''. That way,hin craze go dey minimal

May i add ''Exam special centres''...even some parents pay for such. Chai!

Uniform men who ought to protect, actually collecting N20 (i heard it has been elevated to N100)

Hypocrisy..oh yes! Nigerians are hypocrites. Reason why we carry religion on our heads but our lives, society and characters are far from what we preach. We depend on God to sort out our mess while we sit on our ars:es,waiting for a miracle.

Naija! No dulling. Lol. Everybody is in a hurry, especially in Lagos. Hussling tins!

I think the following should be done as a precautionary measure:

1. All check point should be manned by soldiers of Akwa Ibom origin or the Igbos.
With what I saw yesterday between soldiers from the same tribe as the boko haram, they can attack Akwa Ibom with ease.
2. There should be a vigorous and thorough checking of cars, trucks and any vehicle as well as people into and out of Akwa Ibom especially the East west road.
3. People a "certain ethnic group" should be closely monitored.

lAsT bOmB

However, if they attack my state, something worst than boko haram is coming.
Still remembering what I passed through in Bauchi after the presidential election. May be it will be time for vengeance.

Attack me or hide this post and die. Amen.

Jerrick: REPORT THE EFFECT OF "EBOLA" IN UR
AREA.
IN one AREA
* Girls no longer hug their guys, the highest
they give nowadays is 45` instead of the
normal 360`.
* Guys are now afraid to shake their fellow
guys instead they throw way salutes like
soldiers.(Na their fault?)
* People now wear long sleave sweaters,
headcovers, and trousers while entering
buses and taxi no matter how hot the
weather is.. (See as Naija take turn Europe
o)..
* Neighbours, even family members become
suspects at the slightest sign of illness..(the
one wey nearly make my neighbour go call
health officers for me because say I sneeze 2
times today).
* You take a girl out for dinner, drive her
back to her house, walk her to the door-
step, she leaves you, walks to her door, open
it, waves at you and throw a goodnight kiss
at you (if you like catch am).
* The aboki that sells suya beside our house
dey chop Him suya himself these days
because even the suya is a suspect (Who
wan die?)
* Nigeria Police don't arrest People by
Themselves anymore, if You commit any
Crime just do the arresting by Yourself.(Just
Handcuff yourself come station, use ur hand
by seelf enter Cell)
* My friend is no longer dating our
Neighbor's Daughter called BOLA
* YORUBA People in My Area now greet EKU
