BlueRayDick: For all political strategies and intelligence that had been credited to Tinubu by his supporters, that idea of fielding Shettima just demystified everything.
Doubling down to Activate "agbado bishops" just to give the mulsim-muslim ticket some faux endorsement by the "Christian community" further shows they would rather lie to themselves than take reasonable decisions resulting to fair optics in their favor. And yet, we have some of us who actually explained and justified the MU-MU ticket. You always claim your wife is a pastor, and all you could do to appease the Christian fold was to field fake bishops knowing fully that you can't even try that with the people of your religion. |

Every end of month I drive my wife to the market where she buys foodstuff and groceries in bulk to stock the house.
So make dem tell us the things wey the price Don go down so we go verify in real time, no be "dem say dem say". If a commodity that was sold for #1300 which jumped to 7k after the 'subsidy is gone' message is now sold for #6900, no be to dey praise baba Emilokan for bringing down the price ni? We must give kudos to the government for the great job done in bringing down the price. |

izzou: It's weird.
Kwara seems to be the new state they have planned to scatter. I am starting to think that all these attacks (Yes, all of them) are sponsored by people in the system.
Because tell me how a man in Bayelsa killed his real estate agent friend, and he was still caught and arrested in Lagos, but Kidnappers will kill and make calls, and even collect money, and yet, nobody can find them.
Bandit leaders converged on one spot, and the government didn't seem it fit to catch them all. Rather, they honoured them with cash prizes and Chieftaincy titles. Jesus wept! |

I think JJ Omojuwa has been booked by baba Emilokan to constantly attack Peter Obi. But who actually booked our own dear Airmark? I mean Airmark has now joined forces with egbon Dayo (two guys that never agreed on anything before) to be attacking Peter Obi. If I become Naija presido today, I don't need to wait for months before picking my ministers. I get them plenty on this forum Ibime stands out as my Minister of Education (STEM) Egbon Dayo will be my Bayo Onanuga Oasis surely takes the minister of information (good news) Airmark will be the minister of Attack (propaganda for propaganda) Spy and theflint assume the ministers of defence(Fact checking) The list goes on........ |

Bimmarlykay: You know, you can't really blame the guy. Maybe seeing his friend travel outside country got to his head, made him feel fly, until reality hit am...he fit dun make mouth or price GLE.
I'm learning to break the habit of expecting people to owe me something just because I helped them. All that "entitlement" and "reciprocity" stuff made me had a lot of enemies honestly. I started seeing people I helped without them returning the favor as ungrateful.
Now, I just help, and I leave it to God. If my mind says don't help, I don't.
But some people are indeed ungrateful and forget easily or pretend to forget.
Expecting something in return for an act of kindness done to someone is an entitlement spirit to me, and I detest it as I live with zero expectations from man. I am only blaming the guy for still expecting his friend to reach out to him after the way and manner at which he left. The moment he left in such manner, I will just forget I once knew him. If he later reaches out and apologizes, no qualms, life continues. |

Some people actually do this... a very ungrateful set of people.
I even blame the guy for expecting any call from the guy. The moment he left my house in that manner after all the shared moments, I would just forget I ever knew him. He never proved to be a good friend. |

Ebukacute: But why are Nigerian politicians very wicked. Like naturally. Is wickedness one of the requirements ? The politicians are Nigerians. Nigerians are created to be naturally wicked, selfish and self-centered. It takes conscious efforts for one to dissociate oneself from these evil traits. An average Nigerian with little money is bound to oppress people around him. |

BlueRayDick: The only thing that has kept Atiku going is the false prophecy of his marabouts that told him he will one day be Naija's president.
Normal normal, nobody should take anybody promoting Atiku for president in 2027 serious. That man will be 81 in 2027 for 4ck sake! When no be say na Olubadan of Ibadan stool he wan contest for wey be say na old people dey get to the throne due to the shifting arrangement of the eligible princes Baba too wants to use Naija money cash Cruise and rejuvenate himself. I mean, look at baba buhari before he became the president. Same goes to baba Emilokan, all became refreshed and rejuvenated after getting to the most exalted office in the country. |

jpmoriarti: A very good match for the neutral but this is not the way forward for us. We conceded way too many goals from very few chances. This is not how to win the UCL. I had expected the boys to calm down, slow the tempo and pass the ball around after the third goal. A player in the mold of the great Xavi and Busi would have monopolized the ball for the remaining five minutes. The guys tried though, it wasn't just meant to be! |

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by sebod(m): 9:02pm On Apr 30, 2025 |
diggz: My issue with this Tinubu and his people is that you can't ask the common man to make sacrifices when you and your entire team are unwilling to do the same.
If you're claiming that there are saboteurs stopping you from performing your role, then you and your people shouldn't be squandering the little we have or putting us deeper into debt just to accommodate all the waste you found in government because you and your people are beneficiaries and are unwilling to let go of it.
As a father, you can't look your children in the eye and tell them they need to make sacrifices by skipping breakfast and dinner because you're broke or have projects to execute. Then you turn around and splash the little money you have on drinking alcohol and chopping nkwobi in a beer parlour owned by Disstroy. Unless you’re as useless as the current president and his entire team. We are just few weeks away from the very day millions of Nigerians were thrown into abject poverty and many businesses impacted albeit negatively by just one sentence "subsidy is gone". A lot of Nigerians are yet to recover till today. |
