Futo released a disclaimer notice of the recently advertised recruitment, which was even on daily sun magazine...
So Some people are now advertising fake job vacancies, I really don't know what they hope to achieve at the end.
I really hope this one is not fake. Honestly!!!

The disclaimer notice you saw is old.
It was released around June this year.

The advert description was tailored to NCDMB , no argument but who placed the advert .if you read the NCDMB disclaimer very well , the rules were not met .
A FG agency would have used a reputable recruiting agent even if it wanted to be anoynmous.
Even NCDMB didn't want the process hijacked by VIP . But how would it get very qualified and best candidates from public.

I applied for both jobs and fortunately enough, was called for the whole process - aptitude test, interview and all that. At the end, I was given offer letter from the two organization...

That's what you think. Ever before COVID-19 pandemic, I'm talking 2015. . . Interviews were being conducted virtually and on phone. I should know, I did both local and international interview on phone.

Wearing nose masks while answering interviewers question is going to be challenging to say the least.

The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) conducted aptitude tests and interviews for prospective candidates that would participate in the 2nd phase of its Cadet Training Programme.

So oral interview is very possible for us too
