If one wants to see how they may be affected based on the budget reduction check the budget website on the ministry your agency is affiliated to. For instance on petroleum budget you wont see NNPC there only DPR and PPRA, PTI, NNRA are there so it is understandable how NNPC can still continue their process in the wake of the news
