It has already started even though the budget has not been signed but u can see its going up already.

First bank does both, but each branch has an allocation to do just 190k in a day for western union but moneygram is 199k(Except for 2 or 3 branches in Nigeria that has allocation to do 380k-benin King Square branch follow)

I read a lot of argument about WU exchange rate here, the truth is , the exchange rate is just about 205 but the extra charges gets it to about 224/NGN.

the Issue is: when will it be your turn.....moneyGram is about 280 excluding charge (which is criminal[/i]l); i hear some people talk about charges...for me, i don't care about charges, all i do is sum up the principal and charges and dived by the Dollar payout, i will get my real figure which WU is always better a deal.

what i think FBN does with WU is that they use the WU inflow to finance a fraction of the WU outbound, they also need USD for there day-to-day running of the FX business and owing to the fact that they are the biggest WU agent in Nigeria, they make a lot of money from these.

in this Dollar Naira war, the banks are the winners, if you see how much is made , you will swear for them([i]i don't blame them, they are there to make money, though thunder fit fire person as dem no get pity dey comot monthly maintenance from my account).
